History of our business: Our company was founded in August 2012 as a family business. Both of us qualified in the field of accounting, with many years of professional experience we started our business activity behind our backs. Our goal was to create an accountancy office that would provide its clients a little more than the usual “mandatory” tasks. In our experience, it matters a lot who is “socialised” based on all working conditions and attitudes to work. It’s hard to change old, bad fixtures. This is why we wanted to hire young young workers who have not yet had bad experience, which is why they can be shaped and shaped. When we started our business, we both started working in our own business “as a second job” without paying, and then as the number of customers increased, it became necessary for at least one of us as full-time employees to only deal with clients. In just over 2.5 years, we have reached half a hundred customers, which has continued to grow ever since without making any particular effort to increase the customer base. The saying worked with us: “The satisfied customer is the best advertising.” Increased work requires extra labour if we want to provide quality work. In the summer of this year, we expanded with 1 skilled employee, who has a lot of professional experience, and the training means the introduction of another accounting program that he does not know. In the framework of the application, we would like to recruit 1 junior trainee in the field of accounting, who took the professional examination of accounting and financial knowledge this year (KJ degree: financial accountant, OKJ number: 523440100000000, certificate number: CXB B 419060). He has not yet acquired a traineeship but is committed to the profession (professional competitions in secondary school, plans to pass the balance sheet examination, which means continuing professional training, progress). We hope that we have chosen a trainee with good professional foundations, whose professional development will be greatly supported by the experience we have gained. The trainee’s professional development is supported by an internship contact, who has been employed for more than two years and has a total of more than 15 years of professional experience. The worker’s work will require the establishment of a workstation. For the workstation, you will need a computer configuration with the necessary software (office, windows), monitor.     Vállalkozásunk története: Vállalkozásunk 2012. augusztusában alakult családi vállalkozásként. Mindketten számviteli területen szereztünk képesítést, sok éves szakmai tapasztalattal a hátunk mögött kezdtük meg vállalkozási tevékenységünket. Célunk egy olyan könyvelőiroda létrehozása volt, aki kicsit többet nyújt ügyfeleinek a szokásos "kötelező" feladatokon túl. Próbálunk az ügyféllel együtt gondolkodni, előre tervezni, partnereink révén kicsit komplexebb szolgáltatást nyújtani, együttműködni pályázatírással foglalkozó szakemberekkel, pénzügyi tanácsadókkal. Az elmúlt néhány év tapasztalataiból látjuk, hogy nagyon sok ügyfél igényli ezt "pluszt", ami más könyvelőirodákkal szemben vonzóbbá tesz bennünk. A komplexitáshoz viszont elengedhetetlen a szakmai felkészültségen, naprakészségen (ami a hitelesség alapja) túl a jó kommunikációs készség, empátia, rátermettség, türelem. Mivel mi emberek nem vagyunk egyformák, más és más személyiségtípusba tartozunk, minden ügyfél kihívás, hogy megtaláljuk a "kulcsot" hozzájuk, bizalmukba fogadjanak bennünk, hiszen csak ebben az esetben tudjuk terelgetni őket a különböző szakértők felé, akik segítséget nyújthatnak abban, hogy minél sikeresebb vállalkozók lehessenek. Tapasztalataink szerint, nagyon sokat számít az, hogy ki milyen helyen, minden munkakörülmények, munkához való hozzáállás alapján "szocializálódott". Nehéz a régi, rossz berögzüléseket megváltoztatni. Ezért is szerettünk volna pályakezdő fiatal munkavállalót is foglalkoztatni, akinek még nincsenek rossz tapasztalatai, emiatt formálható, alakítható. Vállalkozásunk indításakor mindketten "másodállásként", fizetés nélkül kezdtünk saját vállalkozásunkban dolgozni, aztán ahogy az ügyfelek száma növekedett, szükségessé vált, hogy főállású munkatársként legalább egyikünk csak az ügyfelekkel foglalkozzon. Alig több, mint 2,5 év alatt elértük az félszáz ügyfelet, ami azóta is folyamatosan gyarapodik anélkül, hogy különösebb erőfeszítést tennénk az ügyfélkör növelésére. Nálunk bevált a mondás: "Az elégedett ügyfél a legjobb reklám." A megnövekedett munka többlet munkaerőt igényel, ha minőségi munkát akarunk nyújtani. Ez év nyarán 1 fő gyakorlott munkavállalóval bővültünk, aki szakmailag jó pár éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik, és a betanítás gyakorlatilag egy másik, általa nem ismert könyvelő program megismertetését jelenti. A pályázat keretében pedig szeretnénk 1 fő pályakezdő gyakornokot felvenni, számviteli ügyintéző feladatkörben, aki az idén tett szakmai vizsgát számvitelből, pénzügyi ismeretekből (OKJ-s végzettsége: pénzügyi- számviteli ügyintéző, OKJ szám: 523440100000000, bizonyítvány száma: CXB B 419060). Szakmai gyakorlatot nem szerzett még, de elkötelezett a szakma iránt (szakmai versenyeket nyert a középiskolában, tervezi a mérlegképes könyvelői vizsga letételét, (ami szakmai továbbképzést, előrelépést jelent). Reményeink szerint jó szakmai alapokkal rendelkező gyakornokot választottunk, akinek szakmai fejlődéséhez nagy mértékben hozzá fog járulni a nálunk szerzett gyakorlat. A gyakornok szakmai fejlődését a gyakornoki kapcsolattartó segíti, aki több mint két éve van a vállalkozás alkalmazásában, összesen több, mint 15 éves szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkezik. A munkavállaló munkavégzéséhez szükség lesz egy munkaállomás kialakítására. A munkaállomáshoz szüksége lesz egy számítógép konfigurációra, a szükséges szoftverekkel (office, windows), monitor.
