The Populart Social Cooperative was founded in August 2013 with the aim of creating a social enterprise that takes into account local social conditions and supports their positive shift in sustainable business operations. In 2017, the registered office and scope of activity of our changed cooperative turned towards the production of design tiles. The net sales revenue was HUF 0 in 2016, HUF 80 000 in 2017, our result was HUF 0 in 2016 and HUF 246 in 2017. Our headquarters are also located in Heves, Alatka district of Heves. We felt that there is a way to move forward in the production of design tiles and to introduce the small-series product range, but this requires a number of changes, for which this project can provide an excellent opportunity. Our organisation currently combines the activities and experience of two different cooperatives. At Populart, Buddhist attachment is very important. As a community, we believe that we can make greater efforts to achieve our goals. With our partner, we have already participated in several community projects with Gyémánt út Buddhist community. These project experiences are important for strengthening the social side, which, in turn, is absolutely necessary to become a strong and successful social enterprise. We believe that if there is a strong back and forth effect between the cooperative and the local community, it could create an extra boost for both sides. For example, some of our products are made of crushed glass waste, so it is important that the raw material is available in sufficient quantities, which can be provided by separate collection of the city, but in this case we promote separate waste collection through various actions aimed at the local population, which in turn benefits local society as well. We consider the protection of the environment to be of utmost importance, and we can also put this to the fore in the current development by developing several technologies in the field of glass tiles which are based on recycling, so it can be produced inexpensively, but it is also excellent for forming the basis of social actions. During the project, we ensure the receipt of white and coloured glass, unlike the collection containers, also in the form of boards. These are prepared and presented in workshops, how to make highly decorative wall coverings and objects from them, which we deliver to the participants, and in cooperation with the City of Szines we decorate community spaces with them. We can also use the promotions for our promotional activities, which is the other most important area besides manufacturing. Our marketing activities are closely related to the Community, as we have to target similar premium flooring shops and interior designer users with our marketing promotions. This activity is currently taking place in the field of ceramic products, if we are able to increase the production volume of glass products, the marketing work must also be built up. It is a great opportunity that there are already many partnerships in the ceramics business (photo, video, community media campaign organiser, marketing consultant), which makes it easier to build this area easily during the project. Promotion and marketing activities to support market access during the 18 months of the project: 20mp/5pcs Management of social media platforms (12 months) Social media ads (12 months) Product photography Google adwords ads Publishing and leaflet production: graphic work publication: 4 kinds of *200pcs of flyer: 4 types of * 1000Db • Workers do not need separate workstations, work is done on common tools, which can be developed in the workshop and in the neighbouring building. The tools needed for the work, to be procured in the project, which are the same as the product/service expansion and development tools: The most necessary tools for technology development are 4pcs of new glass blast furnaces, with these tools we can meet 3-4 times our current production capacity. We do not implement the training programme supported by the project, we have developed our own training system. The persons involved in the implementation of the project shall have the competences necessary for the performance of their tasks and shall not undergo any additional training. We intend to employ 6 main target groups in the project. 4 trained keramic assistants, 1 team leader and 1 sales/purchaser. Their supervision and coordination of professional work will be carried out by the professional leader Gábor Adorján. As a professional manager, the staff selection, organisation and supervision of their work, the organisation and management of manufacturing, sales and logistics will be considered. A PopulART Szociális Szövetkezetet 2013. augusztusában alapítottuk azzal a céllal, hogy létrehozhassunk egy olyan táradalmi vállalkozást, amely fenntartható üzleti működés mellett figyelembe veszi a helyi szociális viszonyokat és támogatja azok pozitív elmozdtását. 2017-ben megváltozott szövetkezetünk székhelye és tevékenységi körünk is a design csempék gyártása irányába fordult. Az értékesítés nettó árbevétele 2016-ban 0Ft, 2017-ben 80 000Ft, eredményünk 2016-ben 0Ft, 2017-ben 246 eFtFt volt. Székhelyünk egyben telephelyünk a projekt megvalóstás helyszíne Heves, Alatka városrészben található. Úgy éreztük, a design csempék gyártásánál van mód a továbblépésre, a kisszériás termékpaletta bevezetésére, ehhez viszont számos változtatás szükséges, amire ez a projekt kiváló lehetőséget biztosíthat. Szervezetünkben jelenleg két különböző szövetkezet tevékenysége és tapasztalata ötvöződik. A Populartnál nagyon fontos a buddhista kötődés. Hiszünk abban, hogy közösségként nagyobb erőfeszítéseket tudunk tenni céljaink megvalósítása érdekében. Együttműködő partnerünkkel a Gyémánt út Buddhista közösséggel már több közösségi projektben vettünk részt. Ezek a projekttapasztalatok fontosak a társadalmi oldal erősítéséhez, ami viszont feltétlenül szükséges ahhoz hogy erős és sikeres társadalmi vállalkozássá válhassunk. Úgy gondoljuk, hogy ha erős oda-vissza hatás érvényesül a szövetkezet és a helyi közösség között, az plusz lökést jelenthet mindkét félnek. Például termékeink egy része zúzott üveghulladékból készül, fontos ezért hogy az alapanyag megfelelő mennyiségben álljon rendelkezésre, amit a város szelektív gyűjtése biztosítani képes számunkra, de ebben az esetben mi különböző, a helyi lakosságnak szóló akciókkal népszerűsítjük a szelektív hulladékgyűjtést, ami viszont már a helyi társadalomnak is előnyös. A környezet védelmét kiemelten fontosnak tartjuk, ezt a jelenlegi fejlesztés során is előtérbe tudjuk helyezni azáltal, hogy korábban több olyan technológiát is kifejlesztettünk az üvegcsempe gyártása területén, amely az újrahasznosításon alapszik, ezért olcsón előállítható, de emellett kiválóan alkalmas arra, hogy társadalmi akciók alapját képezze. A projekt során biztosítjuk a fehér és szines üveg átvételét, a gyüjtőkonténerektől eltérően táblás formában is. Ezeket előkészítjük és workshopok keretében bemutatjuk, hogyan lehet ezekből rendkívül dekoratív falburkolatokat és tárgyakat előállítani, amit a résztvevőknek eljuttatunk, illetve a Szines Várossal együttműködve közösségi tereket dekorálunk velük. Az akciókat fel tudjuk használni promóciós tevékenységünkhöz is, ami a gyártás mellett a másik legfontosabb terület. Marketingtevékenységünk szorosan kapcsolódik a Közösség a Közösség-hez, hiszen hasonló premium kategóriás burkolat üzleteket és belsőépítész felhasználókat kell megcéloznunk marketing akcióinkkal. Ez a tevékenység a kerámiatermékek területén jelenleg is zajlik, amennyiben a termelés volumenét növelni tudjuk az üvegtermékeknél is, úgy a marketingmunkát is fel kell építeni. Ebben nagy lehetőség, hogy a kerámia üzletágban már számos olyan partnerkapcsolat (fotós, videós, közösségi media kampány szervező, marketing tanácsadó) áll rendelkezésre, ami megkönnyíti, hogy a projekt során könnyen felépítsük ezt a területet. A piacra jutás támogatására szolgáló promóciós és marketing tevékenységek a projekt 18 hónapja során : Kisfilm gyártás 20mp / 5db Közösségi médiafelületek kezelése (12hónap) Közösségi média hirdetések (12 hó) Termékfotó készítés Google adwords hirdetések Kiadvány és szóróanyag gyártás: grafikai munka kiadvány: 4féle * 200db szóróanyag: 4 féle * 1000Db • A munkavállalóknak külön munkaállomások kialakítására nincs szükség, a munkavégzés közös eszközökön történik, amit a műhelyben és a szomszédos épületben tudunk kialakítani. A munkavégzéshez szükséges, a projektben beszerezni kívánt eszközök, melyek megegyeznek a termék termék/szolgáltatásbővítés, fejlesztéshez szükséges eszközökkel: A technológia fejlesztéshez legszükségesebb eszközöket 4db új üvegrogyasztó kemencét , ezekkel az eszközökkel jelenlegi gyártó kapacitásunk 3-4-szeresét tudjuk teljesíteni. A projektből támogatott képzési programot nem hajtunk végre, saját betanítási szisztémát dolgoztunk ki. A projektmegvalósításban résztvevő személyek rendelkeznek a feladataik ellátásához szükséges kompetenciákkal, kiegészítő képzésen nem vesznek részt. A projektben 6 fő célcsoporttagot kívánunk alkalmazni. 4 fő betanított keramikus segédet, 1 fő csoportvezetőt és 1 fő értékesítő/beszerzőt. Az ő felügyeletüket és a szakmai munka összehangolását a szakmai vezető, Adorján Gábor fogja végezni. Szakmai vezetőként a munkatársak kiválasztása, munkájuk szervezése és felügyelete, a gyártás, értékesítés és logisztika szervezése és irányítása fogják jelenteni.
