A projekt keretében a rendelkezésre álló 36 Mrd Ft felhasználásával legalább 36 ezer fiatalnak nyújtunk segítséget az elhelyezkedéshez vagy tanuláshoz. Terveink szerint a projekt keretében a bevontak 61%-a (21 970 fő) szerez munkatapasztalatot, helyezkedik el a bértámogatásoknak köszönhetően, 13 084 fiatal kap esély a szakképesítés megszerzésére, vagy vesz részt munkakör betöltésére képesítést adó képzésben, és az egyéni program zárását követő 180. napon a bevont fiatalok 30%-a (10 800 fő) lesz foglalkoztatott. A projekt révén 2017 végére lezárul az Ifjúsági Garancia rendszer kiépítésének első szakasza, a tartósan munkanélküli fiatalok 6 hónapon belül érdemi segítséget kapnak az elhelyezkedéshez és a tanuláshoz, csökken a tartósan munkanélküli és NEET fiatalok száma. Az Ifjúsági garancia biztosítása érdekében a kiemelt projekt szakmai tartalmát a célcsoport elhelyezkedése érdekében végzett, alábbi fő tevékenységek jelentik: • munkaerő-piaci képzés elősegítése; • foglalkoztatást segítő támogatások; • munkaerő-piaci és mentori szolgáltatások nyújtása; • mobilitási támogatás (lakhatási támogatás); • szolgáltatások és szolgáltatások igénybevételéhez kapcsolódó támogatások; A fenti elemekből a megyei munkaügyi központok a célcsoport sajátos szükségleteihez és a térség lehetőségeihez igazodó programot dolgoztak ki.
