The activity to be developed in the course of my development is typically the operation of a webshop with products of furnishings, such as beds, shelves, chairs, tables, shoe storages, martacs and other furnishings. Nowadays, the idea of creating ecommerce stores is also very popular in the case of existing businesses, so I had to research the Hungarian statistical statements and the examples of more developed countries than Hungary in order to find out if my business idea is economically sound. I have found that Internet shopping in Hungary is far below the statistics of the more developed countries, and the online retail network, both the population and businesses (e.g.: construction companies buy some materials from webshops cheaper than in Tüzép settlements), acceptance and trust are also starting to develop, therefore the explosional development is just beginning, so my business idea is based on completely timely needs! During the preparation phase of my business idea, I studied the operation of a lot of webshops and finally decided on Dropshipping business model. The essence of the Dropshipping service is that a wholesaler contracted with me, according to my plans, will forward to BigBuy the orders received by me in my webshop. The essence of the model is that the wholesaler prepares and delivers the orders to the customer, so it is not necessary to maintain a warehouse or invest in stock. This is a particularly important point in my entire business vision, as I can compete with competitors with stocks even in the initial period of my operation. The next aspect of the preparation of decisions was the choice of the most appropriate form of taxation in my case. To decide this, I had to involve a specialist to make the right decision, so I asked for the help of an accountant — tax advisor. At your advice, the most economical form of taxation is KATA taxation, until the turnover of my business does not exceed HUF 12 million per year. And in the event that my business grows up, I will only have to move to the form of taxation of the SZJA. Choice of target group: I want to reach the widest range of customers with my services, so I chose a range of products that affect all households, so I initially plan to sell conventional furniture with wide demand and then expand the range of products to be sold depending on demand. In addition, when designing the product scope, my goal was not to target a specific purchasing power, but rather to address the problems, regardless of the income situation, so I will plan the pricing of the planned product range wide, from low-priced home furnishings to premiums, everything will be found in my online store.Turthermore, sales cover the whole country. Because the products are shipped by the wholesaler, which has an extensive distribution network throughout Europe. Given that the fixed costs in my business model are very low (I do not plan an employee for the initial period, I do not have to invest in stock or keep a warehouse), the business withdrawal and the variable costs and marketing costs related to turnover reduce only the results of my business. As a result, I expect a rapid increase. My short-term goal is to make my personal income reach HUF 7 500 000 by the end of the first year. In the long run, by the end of the third year, my goal is to make my personal income reach HUF 9 000 000. According to the plans, the purchase of the equipment needed for the start-up of the laptop and the printer amounted to 312 166 HUF, but after the receipt of the 3 quotes, the combined amount of the equipment was reduced to HUF 302 000.     Lénárt Viktor vagyok, 30 éves, jelenleg regisztrált álláskereső. Rendelkezem érettségi bizonyítvánnyal, valamint 2013. évben elvégeztem egy minősített pályázatírói képzést. Dolgoztam 2010. évben Derecske Falugazdász Irodában, dolgoztam 2011. évben Derecske Szociális Otthon intézményében éjszakai őrként, 2012. évben Debrecen Kormányhivatal Munkavédelmi Osztályán voltam Ügyintéző, 2013. évben pedig a Derecskei Kormányhivatal Falugazdász Irodában dolgoztam adminisztrátorként. A gyakori munkahely változtatásokból be kellett látnom, hogy nem volt számomra ideális egyik szakterület sem, személyemhez jobban tudtam már alkalmazottként is elképzelni a vállalkozói életformát, ahol a képességeim és a befektetett munka arányában leszek képes jövedelmet szerezni. Pályázatom megvalósításával egy komplex programmal fejlesztendő településen, Derecskén tervezem kialakítani, és az egyéni vállalkozás cégforma mellett döntöttem. A fejlesztésem során kialakítandó tevékenység webáruház működtetése jellemzően lakberendezési tárgyak termékeköreivel, úgy mint ágyak, polcok, székek, asztalok, cipőtárolók, martacok, egyéb lakberendezési tárgyak. Manapság nagyon népszerű a webáruházak kialakításának ötlete már működő vállalkozások esetében is, ezért kutatnom kellett a hazai statisztikai kimutatásokat és a Magyarországnál fejlettebb országok példáit annak érdekében hogy megtudjam, van-e a vállalkozási elképzelésemnek gazdasági megalapozottsága. Azt tapasztaltam, hogy Magyarországon az Internetes vásárlás messze elmarad a fejlettebb államok statisztikáihoz képest, és Magyarországon éppen most van kiépülőben a legnagyobb intenzitással a webáruházas kereskedelmi hálózat, mind a lakosság, mind pedig a vállalkozások (pl.: építőipari vállalkozások egyes beépítendő anyagokat is olcsóbban vesznek meg webáruházakból, mint Tüzép telepeken) körében az elfogadottság és a bizalom is kezd kialakulni, ezért a robbanásszerű fejlődés még csak most kezdődik, ezért teljesen időszerű igényeken alapul vállalkozási elképzelésem! A vállalkozási elképzelésem előkészítési szakaszában nagyon sok webáruház működését tanulmányoztam, és végül a Dropshipping üzleti modell mellett döntöttem. A Dropshipping szolgáltatás lényege, hogy egy velem szerződésben álló nagykereskedő, terveim szerint a BigBuy számára továbbítom a webáruházamban hozzám érkezett megrendeléseket. A modell lényege, hogy a nagykereskedő készíti el és szállítja a vevőnek a megrendeléseket, így nem szükséges raktárat fenntartanom, illetve árukészletbe beruháznom. Ez különösen fontos pontja az egész üzleti elképzelésemnek, ugyanis a raktárkészlettel rendelkező versenytársakkal szemben így fel tudom venni a versenyt már a működésem kezdeti időszakában is. Következő döntéselőkészítési szempont volt esetemben a legalkalmasabb adózási forma kiválasztása. Ennek eldöntéséhez szakembert kellett bevonnom a helyes döntés meghozatalához, ezért könyvelő - adózási tanácsadó segítségét kértem. Tanácsára kezdetben, egészen addig amíg a vállalkozásom árbevétele nem haladja meg az évi 12 millió Ft mértéket, a leggazdaságosabb a KATA adózási forma. Abban az esetben pedig, ha a vállalkozásom kinövi ennek mértékét, akkor kell majd csak áttérnem az SZJA-s adózási formára. CÉLCSOPORT megválasztása: a legszélesebb lakossági vevőkört kívánom elérni szolgáltatásaimmal, ezért olyan termékkört választottam, ami minden háztartást érint, így kezdetben széles körű kereslettel rendelkező konvencionális bútorok értékesítését tervezem, majd a kereslet függvényében bővítem az értékesítendő termékek palettáját. Emellett a termékkör kialakításánál az volt a célom, hogy ne egy konkrét vásárlóerőt célozzak meg, inkább a problémákra keresem a választ, jövedelmi helyzettől függetlenül, ezért a tervezett termékkörnek az árfekvését tágra fogom tervezni, az alacsony árkategóriás lakberendezési tárgyaktól a prémiumig minden megtalálható lesz a webáruházamban.Területileg az egész országra kiterjed az értékesítés. mivel a termékek szállítását a nagykereskedő cég végzi, melynek kiterjedt kiszállítói hálózata van egész Európa területén. Tekintettel arra, hogy az üzleti modellemben nagyon alacsonyak a fix költségek (nem tervezek alkalmazottat a kezdeti időszakra, nem kell beruháznom árukészletbe, illetve nem kell raktárat fenntartanom), a vállalkozói kivét és a forgalomtól függő változó költségek, illetve marketing költségek csökkentik csak a vállalkozásom eredményét. Ennek hatására gyors növekedésre számítok. Rövid távú célom, hogy az első év végére a személyes jövedelmem elérje a 7 500 000 Ft-ot. Hosszú távon, a harmadik év végére kitűzött célom pedig, hogy a személyes jövedelmem elérje a 9 000 000 Ft-ot. A vállalkozás indításához szükséges eszközök a laptop és a nyomtató beszerzése a tervek alapján 312 166 Ft-ot tett ki, a 3 db árajánlat beérkezése után azonban ezek együttes összege 302 000 Ft-ra csökkent.
