Result of one year of operation: Successful implementation of the tender project, creation of stable turnover. My short-term plans include the employment of 1 full-time worker. Medium distance: expansion of product range, promotions and continuous marketing ads. Creating a good team to work efficiently. My 3-5 year plans include the employment of 2 full-time employees, as well as increasing the quality of the business with the experience gained and getting a reputation through the right communication. My target group is people who are demanding for themselves and their surroundings who love quality and personalised furniture. Defferentiation by gender and age group is not relevant. I would like to meet the needs of the most modern products available. I would also offer a solution for those with less financial resources. According to statistical analyses and my own survey, the size of my potential target market is about 1 to 2 000 people. There is a high demand for new custom-designed furniture, which currently cannot be fully served by competitors because demand exceeds supply on the market. Once the production has been completed, there are more ways to pay for the payment, but in addition to cash payment, the installation of the bancard terminal is also a priority. In 2018 I will be able to earn a turnover of approximately HUF 700,000 per month, I would work alone in the first year, so my total income can be HUF 6,850,000. From the second year, I would like to increase the turnover by recruiting an additional person, thus reaching HUF 11,000,000. In the third year I would continue to work with one employee, but with the acquisition of the extended guest and routine, the annual income is expected to be around HUF 19.050.000. HUF 24 765 000 is available on the basis of two employees for the 4th year’s income. The tender money will be used for the following items: As a compulsory commitment for my 7 monthly wages 1.263.500 FT, 7 month accountant HUF 70.000, HUF 5.333 on the information board, HUF 240.000 on the website, and HUF 1.424.500 for technical and work equipment. In order to increase financial efficiency, I will use the assistance of a financial advisor in the initial period, for which the fee is HUF 330,000. My capital requirement is HUF 4 million. A nevem Szakács András és egy egyedi bútorgyártással foglalkozó vállalkozást szeretnék indítani Sárbogárdon. Azért szeretnék egy ilyen jellegű üzletet indítani, mert korábbi tapasztalataim ebből vannak, valamint az abból megszerzett kapcsolatokat is fel tudom használni a vállalkozásom elindításához, valamint nyereséges üzemeltetéséhez. Több évet dolgoztam már ezen a területen, amit nagyon szeretek csinálni és úgy gondolom, hogy vállalkozóként lelkesen tudnám napi szinten végezni a munkámat. Azért gondolom alkalmasnak magam egy vállalkozás vezetésére, mert kitartó, szorgalmas és elkötelezett vagyok, valamint szeretném a megszerzett tapasztalatomat és kreativitásomat kamatoztatni. A bútorgyártó vállalkozásomhoz különböző engedélyek szükségesek, amelyek a telephely engedély, tűzvédelmi engedély valamint egyaránt nélkülözhetetlen a katasztrófavédelmi engedély. Az üzembehelyezési-működési engedélyt a helyi önkormányzat állítja ki, s tájékoztat a további szakhatósági engedélyek szükségességéről is. Célom, hogy megfelelő hozzáértéssel és kitartással kielégítő szolgáltatást nyújtsak az embereknek, Jó vezetőként több munkahely megteremtése is szempont. Munkáim során számos kapcsolatom jött létre a vállalkozással kapcsolatban, kellő tapasztalatot gyűjtöttem, ezeknek kellő fontosságuk lesz a vállalkozásomban. Munkáimat mindig precízen, teljes odafigyeléssel, garanciálisan végeztem el, azonban az időbehatárolás fejlesztendő. Céljaim eléréséhez szükséges, hogy folyamatosan képezzem magam az összes lehetséges módon. Életem során mindig érdekeltek azok az újdonságok, ami a szakmai felkészültségemet biztosítják és fejlesztik. Egy éves működés eredménye: A pályázati projekt sikeres megvalósítása, stabil árbevétel megteremtése. Rövid távú terveim között szerepel 1 főállású dolgozó foglalkoztatása. Közép táv: termékpaletta bővítése, akciók és folyamatos marketing hirdetések. Egy jó csapat kialakításával hatékony munkavégzés. 3-5 éves terveim között szerepel 2 főállású dolgozó foglalkoztatása, valamint a megszerzett tapasztalatokkal egyre magasabb színvonalra emelni a vállalkozást és a megfelelő kommunikációval egy jó hírnevet szerezni. Célcsoportom azon önmagukra és környezetükre igényes emberek, akik szeretik a minőségi és személyre szabott bútorokat. Nemek és korcsoport szerinti defferenciálás nem releváns. A felmerülő igényeket az elérhető legkorszerűbb termékekkel szeretném kielégíteni. Azok számára is kínálnék megoldást, akik szűkösebb anyagi forrásokkal rendelkeznek. Potenciális célpiacom mérete a statisztikai elemzések és a saját felmérésem szerint mintegy 1-2000 főre tehető. Nagy a kereslet az új egyedi tervezésű bútorokra, amit jelenleg a versenytársak sem tudnak kiszolgálni maximálisan, mert a kereslet meghaladja a kínálatot a piacon. A legyártás elvégzése után lehetőség szerint több mód áll rendelkezésre a kifizetést tekintve, a készpénzes fizetés mellett a bankártya terminál beüzemelése is elsődleges. A 2018-as évben havonta körülbelül 700.000 Ft-os árbevételre fogok tudni szert tenni, az első évben még egyedül dolgoznék, így az összes bevételem 6.850.000 Ft lehet. A második évtől egy plusz ember felvételével szeretném növelni az árbevételt, ezzel elérve a 11.000.000 Ft-ot. A harmadik évben továbbra is egy alkalmazottal dolgoznék, azonban a kibővült vendégkör és rutin megszerzésével az éves bevételt közel 19.050.000 Ft-ra várható. A 4. éves bevételnél már két alkalmazottal számolva elérhető 24.765.000 Ft. A pályázati pénzt a következő tételekre fogom felhasználni: Kötelezően megvalósítandó vállalásként 7 havi béremre 1.263.500 FT-ot, 7 havi könyvelőre 70.000 Ft-ot, tájékoztató táblára 5.333 Ft-ot, weblapra 240.000 Ft-ot, műszaki és munkavégzéshez szükséges berendezésekre pedig 1.424.500 Ft-ot. A pénzügyi hatékonyságnak növeléséhez a kezdeti időszakban pénzügyi tanácsadó segítségét fogom igénybe venni, aminek díja 330.000 Ft. A tőkeigényem 4 millió Ft.
