The buildings built in 1998 and 2002 were built in the years of construction using state-of-the-art materials, but they no longer meet the current energy requirements and are considered obsolete. Porotherm 30 NF burnt vascular ceramics, plastered on both sides, the front facade has a lime-sand brick finish. With the exception of the brick-covered facade, a 15 cm thick EPS 80 thermal insulation system was designed on the outside. A total of 854.88 sqm vertical insulation was calculated for the 2 buildings at a unit price of HUF 10.600/nm. The upper delimitation of the building is provided by the roof, which is made with 5 cm thermal insulation and LINDAB plate over the interior plasterboard covering on the outside. The current shell is removed and a 13 cm thick roof sandwich panel is covered. A total of 2281 nm horizontal insulation was calculated for the 2 buildings at a unit price of 14.000 HUF/nm. The existing doors and windows are outdated and worn out, so they will be replaced by PVC framed windows with 3 layers of glazed windows. A total of 330,6 sqm doors and windows were calculated for the 2 buildings at a unit price of 67 600 HUF/nm. The heating thermal energy demand of the buildings is provided by a natural gas fuel boiler with a constant temperature, which is replaced by a condensing boiler. The heating system must be authenticated as necessary for the boiler using the new condensing technology. The boiler is regulated according to external temperature. Complete heating upgrade will be implemented. Heating is provided by gas-fired dark and hot-air heaters, including the FIAT salon service and the SUZUKI salon in the body and painting workshop. For this reason, complete heating upgrades will also be replaced with new, modern hot water thermovolveilators with automated temperature control and the construction of a new pipeline network that connects to the heating network of the new condensing boiler to be installed. For the 2 buildings a total of 7 532 m³ of airspace was upgraded at a unit price of HUF 734/m³. Buildings have lighting bodies installed at the time of construction and are replaced with modern, energy-saving lighting bodies (e.g. LEDs). A total of 2436 sqm lighting was calculated for 2 buildings at a unit price of HUF 5249,589/nm. The high energy consumption justifies the use of renewable energy, which we intend to provide with a total of 40,42 kw solar panel system, at a unit price of HUF 305 789.21/kw on the Suzuki building block, and to ensure its electricity demand to be separated during the project.     Az 1998. illetve 2002. években épült épületek az építés éveiben korszerű anyagok felhasználásával épültek, de a jelenlegi energetikai követelményeknek már nem felelnek meg, elavultnak számítanak. Az épület felmenő falazata Porotherm 30 NF égetett vázkerámia, kétoldalt vakolva, a bejárati homlokzat mészhomok tégla boritást kapott. A tégla borítású homlokzat kivételével a külső oldalon 15 cm vastag EPS 80 típusú hőszigetelő rendszer került betervezésre. A 2 épületre összesen 854,88 nm függőleges szigetelés került kalkulálásra 10.600 Ft/nm egységáron. Az épület felső térelhatárolását a tető adja, amely belső gipszkarton borítás fölött 5 cm hőszigeteléssel és külső oldalán LINDAB lemez borítással készült. A jelenlegi héjazat elbontásra kerül és 13 cm vastag tető szendvicspanel borítást kap. A 2 épületre összesen 2281 nm vízszintes szigetelés került kalkulálásra 14.000 Ft/nm egységáron. A meglévő nyílászárók elavultak, elhasználódtak, ezért PVC keretszerkezetű, 3 rétegű üvegezésű nyílászárókra lesznek cserélve. A 2 épületre összesen 330,6 nm nyílászáró került kalkulálásra 67600 Ft/nm egységáron. Az épületek fűtési hőenergia igényét 1-1 db állandó hőmérsékletű, földgáz tüzelésű kazán biztosítja, amelyeket kondenzációs kazánra cserélünk. A fűtési rendszert az új kondenzációs technológiát használó kazánhoz kell igazitani szükség szerint. A kazán szabályozása külső hőmérséklet függvényében tervezett. Komplett fűtéskorszerűsítés fog megvalósulni. Az egyes helyiségekben a fűtést gázüzemű sötétensugárzó és hőlégfúvó berendezések biztosítják, így a FIAT szalon szervizben, valamint a SUZUKI szalon karosszéria- és festőműhelyben. Ezért komplett fűtéskorszerűsítést megvalósítva a fűtőtestek cseréje is megtörténik új, korszerű, melegvizes termoventillátorokra automatizált hőfokszabályzással, új csővezeték hálózat kiépítésével, amely csatlakozik az új, beépítésre kerülő kondenzációs kazán fűtési hálózatára. A 2 épületre összesen 7532 m3 légtér fűtéskorszerűsítése került kalkulálásra 2019,734 Ft/m3 egységáron. Az épületekben az építés idején beszerelt világító testek találhatóak, amelyeket korszerű, energiatakarékos világító testekre cserélnek (pl. LED). A 2 épületre összesen 2436 nm alapterület világítás korszerűsítése került kalkulálásra 5249,589 Ft/nm egységáron. A magas energiafogyasztás indokolja a megújuló energia felhasználást, amelyet összesen 40,42 kw napelemes rendszerrel, 305 789,21 Ft/kw egységáron kívánunk biztosítani a Suzuki épülettömbön, és annak, a projekt során különválasztandó villamos energiaigényét kívánjuk biztosítani.
