The following development will be carried out during the project: Installation of solar system. A solar system with a total capacity of 11.76 kWp installed on the roof is installed. The project has been properly prepared to date during the preparation of the project. We have invited an expert with SZÉS6 privileges from the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers, which is independent of our company, to prepare the energy calculations and declarations necessary for the submission of the application, in accordance with the requirements of the call. The declarations are attached as an annex to the application. We asked the designer to prepare the appropriate plans. The technical specifications as well as the blueprints have been prepared, which are also attached as an annex to the tender. We checked that the works were not subject to authorisation, so it was not necessary to obtain a building permit. The most important next steps of the project are the ordering of construction works, consultation with the technical inspector, followed-up, documentation and accounting. The completion of the construction works will be supervised by a technical inspector with ME-V authorisation. At the end of the project, the declarations required for the settlement and the contract of use of the network will be obtained, after which the final accounts will be submitted. The implementation will be supported by an external and experienced projkekt manager. The project manager has 10 years of project implementation experience and has already coordinated the implementation of several successfully implemented building energy projects. In the framework of this project, we only wish to declare the costs of the investment of the solar system. Target areas to be achieved: A. Activities to increase renewable energy use III. Installation of a solar system for grid electricity generation only for the electricity supply of the building involved in the development and the economic and production processes involved in the development. This is where we planned the charge of the solar panel system consisting of 28 panels, Luxor Eco Line 420 Wp Monocrystalline, with a total capacity of 11.76 kWp. Solar panels are placed on the roof. 1 SolarEdge SE 10 K Inverter is purchased for the system. (English)

    A projekt során az alábbi fejlesztés valósul meg: Napelemes rendszer telepítése. A tetőn elhelyezett összesen 11,76 kWp teljesítményű napelemrendszer beüzemelése valósul meg. A projekt előkészítése során idáig megtörtént a projekt megfelelő előkészítése. Felkértük a Felhívásnak előírásainak mindenben megfelelő a Magyar Mérnöki Kamara névjegyzékében szereplő, cégünktől független SZÉS6 jogosultsággal rendelkező szakértőt, hogy készítse el a pályázat benyújtásához szükséges energetikai számításokat, és nyilatkozatokat. A nyilatkozatokat a pályázat mellékleteként csatoltuk. Felkértük a tervezőt a megfelelő tervek elkészítésére. Elkészült a műszaki leírás, valamint a tervrajzok, amelyeket szintén a pályázat mellékleteként csatoltunk. Utánajártunk annak, hogy az építési beruházás nem engedélyköteles tevékenység, így építési engedély beszerzése nem vált szükségessé. A projekt legfontosabb következő lépései a kivitelezési munkák megrendelése, a műszaki ellenőrrel történő egyeztetés, majd a kivitelezés nyomon követése, dokumentálás és végül az elszámolás. A kivitelezési munkák megfelelő színvonalú elkészítését ME-V jogosultsággal rendelkező műszaki ellenőr fogja felügyelni. A projekt végén az elszámoláshoz szükséges nyilatkozatok, valamint a hálózathasználati szerződés beszerzése történik, ezt követően benyújtásra kerül a záró elszámolás. A megvalósítás során külsős, tapasztalattal rendelkező projkektmenedzser segíti majd a megvalósítást. A projektmenedzser 10 éves pályázati projektmegvalósítási tapasztalattal rendelkezik, több, sikeresen megvalósult épületenergetikai projekt megvalósítását koordinálta már. Jelen projekt keretében csak a napelemes rendszer beruházásának költségeit kívánjuk elszámolni. Megvalósítani kívánt célterületek: A. Megújuló energiafelhasználás növelését célzó tevékenységek III. Napelemes rendszer telepítése hálózati villamosenergia-termelés céljából, kizárólag a fejlesztésben érintett épület és az abban folyó gazdasági-termelési folyamatok villamosenergia-ellátásához Ide terveztünk be a 28 db panelből álló, Luxor Eco Line 420 Wp Monokristályos napelemekből álló, összesen 11,76 kWp teljesítményű napelemrendszer díját. A napelemek a tetőn kerülnek elhelyezésre. A rendszerhez 1 db SolarEdge SE 10 K Inverter kerül beszerzésre. (Hungarian)
