In Bátonyterenyei Járás, the project implementation site, the share of registered jobseekers in the economically active population was 21.4 % at the end of March 2016, one of the highest indicators in the national ranking. At the end of 2016, the number of women, the youngest and the oldest, the low-skilled, those with registration for more than 6 months, the number of persons eligible for unemployment benefits and the replacement allowance was more than 12 months earlier. Among jobseekers registered in Nógrád County at the end of March 2016, the low-skilled represented 53.4 %, men, those without benefits, 49.5 %, 30.9 % of those with previous employment and 22.5 % of those aged 35-44. The other largest group of our target groups (36.5 %) benefited from a subsidy replacing employment established by municipalities/provincial offices, with a figure of 6 481 at the end of March, which increased by 250 and 4 % over a year. The trend seems to be at odds with national processes, increasing the risk of poverty and reducing the life chances of children and young people belonging to these families. In the district labour market, which is the primary scope of our project, the main employment needs are seen among the above groups of jobseekers. With our project, we aim to reduce the number of disadvantaged and family-maintenance people receiving subsidisation for employment. General, long-term objective: improve the quality of life of disadvantaged family-maintenance people living in the district, receiving sub-employment support, by creating jobs. Strengthen the organisation, sustainability and visibility of our social cooperative. Specific, direct objectives: the creation of a small farm employing disadvantaged people, the creation of 9 new jobs, the expansion of the earning opportunities of local residents through job creation, increasing the chances of disadvantaged people in employment through training and training for the development of key competences, the creation of new manufacturing technology in the district, the creation of a new type of work culture. In the case of our project, due to the work that is easy physical work, women and older people can take up a job, and we will be able to offer jobs to young people who are entering the labour market and those with low educational qualifications. As a result, our goal is that at least 75 % of the workers are disadvantaged persons. As a result of working during the project, employees can develop skills that allow them to find employment in the primary labour market at a later stage. Indirect objectives: establish a cooperative partnership with local governments and institutions in order to increase the chances of disadvantaged people, improve the social participation and activity of disadvantaged people in order to increase their chances, introduce a new type of enterprise (social enterprise) in the region, and strengthen social responsibility in the district. Business model of the company: new knowledge and technology + labour + capital raising = sustainable management and employment. Product: production and sale of high-quality, exclusive, snail egg-based food. In their food production process, we use eggs of the Helix Aspersa Muller and Maxima snail varieties, which proved to be the most suitable for producing the excellent end product: on the one hand, the eggs of this breed are the largest and, on the other, the most tasteful. Consumer target group: Exclusive, luxury food for the upper and middle classes of Western Europe and Asia. We expect minimum sales on domestic markets. Wage subsidy for 8 employees target group members (HUF 160 per month), total wages with staff costs: 29 894 602 400 HUF. Total eligible costs of the project: HUF 49 945 000, of which aid: 49 462 253 HUF, own strength: 482 747 HUF. Total aid intensity: 99.30 %. Amount of support per target group member: 6 182 782 HUF. Project activities to be supported: market access support; salary and personnel costs of project management and professional implementers, mandatory information and publicity; project preparation activities; product/service expansion and development; minimum real estate investment; development of professional operations; individual development activities related to the economic engagement of the target group, labour market services, trainings to prepare, mobilise and motivate the target group; participation in training for target groups and professional implementation; local actions and website development to support awareness-raising; overheads. A projekt megvalósítási helyszínét jelentő Bátonyterenyei Járásban, a nyilvántartott álláskeresőinek aránya a gazdaságilag aktív népességen belül 2016. március végén 21,4% volt, ami az egyik legmagasabb mutatót jelentette az országos rangsorban. A nők, a legfiatalabbak, illetve a legidősebbek, az alacsony iskolai végzettségűek, a 6 hónapnál hosszabb ideje regisztrációval rendelkezők, az álláskeresési ellátásra, továbbá a foglalkoztatást helyettesítő támogatásra jogosultak létszáma 2016. év végére meghaladta a 12 hónappal korábbit. Projektünkkel a foglalkoztatást helyettesítő támogatásban részesülő, hátrányos helyzetű, családfenntartó emberek számát kívánjuk csökkenteni. Általános, hosszú távú cél: a járásban élő, foglalkoztatást helyettesítő támogatásban részesülő, hátrányos helyzetű, családfenntartó emberek életminőségének javítása, munkahelyteremtés által. A szociális szövetkezetünk szervezeti megerősítése, fenntarthatóságának, láthatóságának erősítése. Specifikus, közvetlen célok: egy hátrányos helyzetű térség (SZVZ) elhagyott szoláltató ingatlanjában, elsősorban hátrányos helyzetű embereket foglalkoztató kisüzem létrehozása, 9 új munkahely létesítése, a helyben élők jövedelemszerző lehetőségeinek bővítése munkahely teremtés által, a munkába álló hátrányos helyzetű emberek esélyeinek növelése a kulcskompetenciák fejlesztését szolgáló képzéssel, tréningekkel, a járásban új gyártó technológia, ezzel új típusú munkakultúra létrehozása. Közvetett célok: együttműködő partneri kör kialakítása a térség önkormányzataival és intézményeivel a hátrányos helyzetűek esélyei növelése érdekében, a hátrányos helyzetűek társadalmi szerepvállalásának, aktivitásának javítása önmaguk esélyeinek növelése érdekében, egy új vállalkozás típus (társadalmi célú vállalkozás) meghonosítása a térségben, a társadalmi felelősségvállalás erősítése a járásban. A vállalkozás üzleti modellje: új tudás és technológia + munkaerő + tőkebevonás = fenntartható gazdálkodás és foglalkoztatás. Termék: magas minőségű, exkluzív, csigatojás alapú élelmiszer előállítása, és értékesítése. Élelmiszergyártó eljárásukban a Helix Aspersa Muller és Maxima csigafajta tojásait használjuk, ugyanis ez a fajta bizonyult a legalkalmasabbnak a kiváló végtermék előállításához: egyfelől ennek a fajtának a tojásai a legnagyobbak, másfelől a legízletesebbek. Fogyasztói célcsoport: Nyugat-Európa és Ázsia felső és közép osztályainak exkluzív, luxus élelmiszere. Hazai piacokon minimális értékesítéssel számolunk. 8 fő munkavállalói célcsoport tag bértámogatása (havi bruttó bér 160 eFt), összes bér személyi jellegű költségekkel: 29 894 602400 Ft. A projekt összes elszámolható költsége: 49 945 000 Ft, amelyből támogatás: 49 462 253 Ft, saját erő: 482 747 Ft.
