Creative Job Social Cooperative has been operating a restaurant in Tiszaújváros for 2 years, offering Italian and partly Hungarian dishes. We prepare all our dishes from fresh ingredients, our organisation places great emphasis on buying the raw materials needed for production from local small producers. During one year of operation, the restaurant also dealt with daily menus, food delivery and the organisation of events, which is provided by a room suitable for 50 people. A selection of dishes and drinks is available to ensure a stable guest base. The cooperative wants to implement this expansion, to strengthen and develop the organisation of events, to enforce the exclusive appearance throughout the restaurant. The project will be implemented through the following steps: first, we need to renovate the restaurant so that we can accommodate our guests in a modern environment. In parallel with the renovation of the building, we implement the equipment development of both the restaurant and the kitchen. We're getting new furniture, ovens, fridges. With new, efficient marketing communications, we want to increase our customer base. In order to serve the increased capacity and demand, we intend to expand our cooperative with 11 new disadvantaged employees. After selecting the right workforce, we organise trainings and trainings for our employees, our goal is to realise professional service. Training courses: catering seller, bartender, manager. Training: primarily the implementation of communication training. In marketing, we wish to combine new, youthful tools (e.g. community marketing) with traditional tools (leaflets) to reach all age groups. The primary objective of the project is to ensure long-term sustainable, stable jobs for the members and employees of the cooperative. 11 employees will be recruited: 3 waiters, 3 sinks, 3 kitchen maids, 1 delivery, 1 cleaner. Presentation of the persons involved in the implementation of the project: Zsolt Oláh performs the tasks of project manager and financial manager. He holds a degree as an economist with a degree in law, and has performed project management and financial management in several TÁMOP social cooperative projects (Nóra Family Social Cooperative, Innova Regional Development Social Cooperative projects). Tasks of project manager: during the implementation, the regular implementation of the application, the relationship between the applicant and the author of the tender, the other tasks of the manager is to keep the implementation schedule and the schedule of financial implementation. The tasks of the financial manager are: preparation of financial accounts, verification of the regularity of the accounts, submission of any contractual amendments. Professional implementation Imre Herczeg: Between 2009 and 2015, he worked as a catering worker in Northern Italy, during which he learned the complex management of restaurants. Since 2016, he has helped to open the restaurant of the cooperative. He has been working as a business manager here from the beginning. A Kreatív Job Szociális Szövetkezet 2 éve üzemeltet éttermet Tiszaújvárosban, kínálatunkban olasz és részben magyaros ételek jelennek meg. Minden ételünket friss alapanyagokból készítjük el, szervezetünk nagy hangsúlyt fektet arra, hogy a helyi kistermelőktől vásárolja az előállításhoz szükséges alapanyagokat. Az étterem egy éves eddigi működése során napi menüztetéssel, étel kiszállítással és rendezvények szervezésével is foglalkozott, amely utóbbit az 50 fő befogadására alkalmas helyiség biztosítja. Választékos étel-és italkínálat jelenik meg, amely biztosítja a stabil vendégkört. Ennek bővítését szeretné a szövetkezet megvalósítani, a rendezvényszervezést erősíteni, fejleszteni, az exkluzív megjelenést az étterem egészében érvényesíteni. A projekt az alábbi lépésekkel valósul meg: először az étterem felújítására van szükség, hogy modern környezetben tudjuk fogadni vendégeinket. Az építési felújítással párhuzamosan mind az étterem mind a konyha eszközfejlesztését valósítjuk meg. Új bútorokat, sütőket, hűtőket szerzünk be. Új, hatékony marketingkommunikációval kívánjuk elérni, hogy vendégkörünk bővüljön. A megnövekedett kapacitás és igény kiszolgálása érdekében 11 új, hátrányos helyzetű munkavállalóval kívánjuk szövetkezetünket bővíteni. A megfelelő munkaerő kiválasztását követően tréningeket és képzések szervezünk alkalmazottainknak, célunk a profi kiszolgálás megvalósítása. Képzések: vendéglátó eladó, bartender, üzletvezető. Tréning: elsősorban kommunikációs tréning megvalósítása. A marketing során új, fiatalos eszközöket (pl. közösségi marketing) kívánunk kombinálni hagyományos eszközökkel (szórólap), hogy minden korcsoportot el tudjunk érni. A projekt elsődleges célja, hogy hosszú távon fenntartható, stabil munkahelyet biztosítsunk a szövetkezet tagjainak és munkavállalóinak. 11 fő munkavállaló kerül felvételre: 3 felszolgáló, 3 mosogató, 3 konyhalány, 1 kiszállító, 1 takarító. A projekt megvalósításában részt vevő személyek bemutatása: Oláh Zsolt a projekt projektmenedzseri és pénzügyi vezetői feladatokat látja el. Jogi szakokleveles közgazdász végzettséggel rendelkezik, több TÁMOP-os szociális szövetkezeti projektben látott el projektmenedzseri és pénzügyi vezetői feladatokat (Nóra Family Szociális Szövetkezet, Innova Térségfejlesztő Szociális Szövetkezet projektjei). Projektmenedzseri feladatai: a megvalósítás során a pályázat szabályszerű megvalósítása, kapcsolattartás a pályázó és a pályázat kiírója között, A menedzser további feladatai a megvalósítás ütemezésének tartása, valamint a pénzügyi megvalósítás ütemezése. A pénzügyi vezető feladati: pénzügyi elszámolások készítése, az elszámolási szabályszerűségének vizsgálata, az esetleges szerződésmódosítások benyújtása.
