Total power of solar panels: 529,840 kWp. Annual electricity consumption of the site: 1 184 544 kWh/year. Annual electricity generated by the solar system: 582 824 kWh/year. The rated power of polycrystalline solar panel is 370 Wp, product guarantee minimum: Ten years. The total rated power of the designed inverters is 497,6 (9x50.0+ 1x27,6+ 1x20,0) kW. The chosen inverter can be found in the list of equipment approved by the network licensee. In the event of a power outage, the inverter is switched off in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standards, with the help of built-in protection machines, and does not power the network in isolated operation. For the protection of the inverter, it will only switch back on the long-term return of the mains voltage (after 5 minutes) with the required synchronisation conditions. The inverters have built-in overcurrent protection and protection against overvoltage and isolating switches. The inverter has a 5-year product guarantee. A total of 762 solar modules with a rated power of 370 Wp are installed on the roof of the building, and 670 solar modules with a rated power of 370 Wp are installed on the ground, which are bolted to the plate roof with aluminium support structure, and the ground-installed batteries are equipped with micro-pole fastening and support. According to the layout plan, the orientation of solar panels is east-west, their angle of inclination is 20 to 35 degrees. Solar panels are connected with pre-assembled water and UV standing standard MC-plug PV-KST/MCSocket PV-KST connectors. Electrical connections are discharged in UV-resistant direct current lines and protective channels of appropriate cross-section (not exceeding 1 % voltage drop in the specified length), thus ensuring enhanced UV and mechanical protection. Positive and negative conductors from solar modules are clearly separated from each other for safety reasons. Cable conduction is carried out in a protective duct, which is clearly marked. When installing the solar panel system, the fire protection regulations and the required standards are taken into account.     A projekt keretében egy 529,840 kWp teljesítményű napelemes rendszer telepítése valósul meg a Pet-Form Kft. székhelyén Terpesen (3333 Terpes, Petőfi út 2-4. hrsz.: 018/11). Az üzem működéséhez jelentős villamos energia szükséges, ezért jelentős energia-, és költséghatékonyságot jelent a napelemes rendszer telepítése és üzemeltetése. A rendszer tervezésénél felmérésre került az ingatlan, az épület elhelyezkedése, tetőfelülete és az energetikus szakértő megállapította, hogy az ingatlan és a tetőfelület alkalmas a fogyasztáshoz illeszkedő méretű napelemes rendszer telepítésére. A telephely villamos energia ellátása 3+PEN, 3x400/230V, 50Hz. A villamos elosztórendszer jó állapotú, korszerű. A fejlesztéssel érintett épület tetőszerkezete lemeztető, melynek típusa és mérete is megfelelő a beruházás megvalósításához. A felmérést és az alkalmasság megállapítását követően elkészült az elrendezési terv, mely alapján az engedélyes tervek elkészíthetők. Az ingatlan tulajdonosa 100%-ban a Pet-Form Kft. A fejlesztéshez hatósági engedély beszerzése szükséges, építési engedély szükséges a Mérésügyi Hatóságtól. A projektben 497,6 (9x50,0+1x27,6+1x20,0) kW névleges AC teljesítményű napelemes kiserőmű telepítése valósul meg, megújuló energia használatának, energiahatékonyság növelése céljából. A napelemek összteljesítménye: 529,840 kWp. A telephely éves villamos energia fogyasztása: 1 184 544 kWh/év. A napelemes rendszer által éves szinten termelt villamos energia mennyisége: 582 824 kWh/év. A polykristályos napelem névleges teljesítménye 370 Wp,, a termékgarancia minimum: 10 év. A betervezett inverterek névleges összteljesítménye 497,6 (9x50,0+1x27,6+1x20,0) kW.. A választott inverter a hálózati engedélyes által jóváhagyott berendezések listáján megtalálható. Áramszünet idején az inverter a vonatkozó szabványok előírásai alapján, a beépített védelem-automatikák segítségével kikapcsol, szigetüzemben nem táplál a hálózatra. Az inverter saját védelme érdekében csak a hálózati feszültség tartós visszatérésekor (5 perc után) kapcsol vissza, az előírt szinkronozási feltételekkel. Az inverterek rendelkeznek beépített túláram, és túlfeszültség elleni védelemmel, illetve leválasztó kapcsolóval is. Az inverter 5 éves termékgaranciával rendelkezik. Az épület tetőszerkezetén összesen 762 darab 370 Wp névleges teljesítményű napelem modul a földre pedig 670 darab 370 Wp névleges teljesítményű napelem modul kerül telepítésre, melyek alumínium tartószerkezettel a lemeztetőhöz csavarozva kerülnek rögzítésre, a földre telepített elemek mikrocölöpös rögzítő és tartószerkezettel. Az elrendezési terv szerint a napelemek tájolása kelet-nyugati, dőlésszögük 20-35 fok. A napelemek egymáshoz előszerelt víz és UV álló, szabványos MC-plug PV-KST/MCSocket PV-KST csatlakozókkal kapcsolódnak. A villamos összekötések megfelelő keresztmetszetű (megadott hosszban 1% feszültségesést meg nem haladó) UV-álló, egyenáramú vezetékekben, védőcsatornákban kerülnek elvezetésre, ezzel biztosítva fokozott UV és mechanikai védelmet. A napelem moduloktól induló pozitív és negatív vezetők biztonsági okokból egymástól jól láthatóan elkülönítve kerülnek elvezetésre az inverterig. A kábelvezetés védőcsatornában történik, melynek feliratozása jól látható módon feltüntetésre kerül. A napelemes rendszer telepítésénél figyelembevételre kerülnek a tűzvédelmi előírások és a szükséges szabványok.
