The refurbishment of the building included in the tender is included in our earlier plans, since the use of the building is long overdue. We have been discussing future solutions and developments with the motorcycle builder since 2016, but the lack of resources is essential in this regard. The engineering designs were already available in 2016, preparing for the possibility of a tender for us. This plan has the right parameters for the successful participation of the company in this tender. A building permit is not required for the project. In addition to the supported part of the project, it is of course necessary to create rooms with different functions in the building, the construction of the interior covering is also necessary, and the above-mentioned wave shale cover is also replaced with a sandwich panel. We need a camera system, a fire protection system. The necessary funds are of course available. One of the employees of our company will perform the tasks of project manager, have 15 years of experience in construction. During the project, 200 solar panel modules are placed on the roof structure, with a nominal output of 270 W per piece. The system also includes 2 inverters for the network. In the heating system, 3 air-to-water heat pumps will produce the necessary heating medium with their hydromodules, and the space heating will be provided with gypsum panel heating units. A pályázatban szereplő épület felújítása már régebbi terveink között szerepel, hiszen az épület hasznosítása régen időszerű. A motorkerékpár-építő céggel 2016 óta tárgyalunk a jövőbeni megoldásokról és fejlesztésekről, de a hiányzó forrás megléte elengedhetetlen e tekintetben. A gépészti kiviteli tervek már 2016-ban rendelkezésre álltak, felkészülve arra, hogy pályázati lehetőség nyílik számunkra. Ez a terv megfelelő paraméterekkel rendelkezik ahhoz, hogy ezen a pályázaton sikeresen szerepeljen a cég. Építési engedély nem szükséges a beruházáshoz. A projekt támogatott részén kívül természetesen az épületben különböző funkciójú helyiségeket szükséges kialakítani, a belső burkolat megépítése is szükséges, illetve a már említett hullámpala fedés is kicserélődik szendvicspanelre. Szükség van kamerarendszerre, tűzvédelmi rendszerre is. Az ehhez szükséges fedezet természetesen rendelkezésre áll. A cégünk egyik alkalmazottja fogja ellátni a projektmenedzseri feladatokat, pályázatíró és épületgépész-mérnök végzettséggel rendelkezik 15 éves építőipari tapasztalata van. A projekt során a tetőszerkezetre kerül a 200 db napelem modul, melynek darabonként 270 W a névleges teljesítménye, a rendszerhez hozzátartozik 2 db hálózatra tápláló inverter is. A fűtési rendszerben 3 db levegő-víz hőszivattyú hozzájuk tartozó hydromodulokkal fogja a szükséges fűtőközeget előállítani, a helyiségek fűtését gipszpaneles hűtő-fűtő egységekkel fogjuk ellátni.
