Perfekt Engine Renovation Ltd.'s self-consumption reduction investment is carried out on 3 buildings. The solar panel systems are total. DC side rated electric power will be 40,95 kWp, the nominal connection power of the inverters is 37.6 kVA, therefore the activity is not subject to building permit (see Act LXXXVI of 2007 on electricity § 116/3./a). During the planning of the project, we requested the electricity consumption of the last 12 months to the site of implementation, then we asked for offers based on the aggregated consumption data. We had the bid and consumption data examined by an energy expert and asked for the expert statement. Based on the selected system performance, we had the design documentation prepared, and in the light of the knowledge of the panel numbers and types, we reviewed the building with static, who found that the roof structure had sufficient load capacity, no reinforcement was required. We have consulted the Technical Inspector regarding the performance of the tasks required in the course of the implementation. The physical implementation of the project is entrusted to a contractor with sufficient professional experience and appropriate references in the field of installation of solar systems. The project manager assists in the implementation of the project, and the contact person appointed within the company also has professional experience in the execution and accounting of several applications. A Perfekt Motorfelújítás Kft. önfogyasztás csökkentő beruházása 3 épületen valósul meg. A napelemes rendszerek össz. DC oldali névleges villamos teljesítménye 40,95 kWp lesz, az inverterek névleges csatlakozási teljesítménye 37,6 kVA, ezért a tevékenység nem építési engedély köteles (ld 2007. évi LXXXVI. törvény a villamos energiáról 116.§/ 3./ a). A fotovillamos rendszer az épület belső 0,4 kV-os hálózatára táplálja fel a megtermelt energiát. A tervezett napelemes rendszer ferde és lapos tetőre kerül fel. A ferde tetős irodára 36 db, a lapos tetős irodára 72 db, míg a műhelyre 22 db Hyundai HiE-S315RG típusú, 315W-os napelempanel kerül felhelyezésre. Két darab SolarEdge SE típusú inverterrel lesz ellátva a rendszer: egy 27,6kVA-es a műhelyhez és a lapos tetős iroda, egy 10kVA-es a ferde tetős iroda rendszeréhez kapcsolódóan. A projekt tervezése során bekértük az elmúlt 12 havi villamosenergia fogyasztását a megvalósítási helyszínnek, majd az összesített fogyasztási adatok alapján ajánlatokat kértünk be. Az ajánlati és a fogyasztási adatokat energetikai szakértővel megvizsgáltattuk, és felkértük a szakértői nyilatkozat elkészítésére. A kiválasztott rendszerteljesítmény alapján elkészíttettük a tervdokumentációt, majd a panel db-számok és típusok ismeretének fényében statikussal nézettük át az épületet, aki megállapította, hogy a tetőszerkezet teherbírása megfelelő, megerősítés nem szükséges. Egyeztettünk műszaki ellenőrrel a megvalósítás során szükséges feladatok ellátásának vonatkozásában. A projekt fizikai megvalósításával olyan kivitelezőt bízunk meg, akinek kellő szakmai tapasztalata és megfelelő referenciái vannak napelemes rendszerek telepítésének területén. A projekt lebonyolításában projektmenedzser segédkezik, továbbá a cégen belül kijelölt kapcsolattartó is több pályázat kivitelezésének és elszámolásának szakmai tapasztalatával rendelkezik.
