The project will purchase and install a solar system with a rated power of 31.92 kWp between 04.05.2020 and 03.05.2021 (not subject to authorisation). The following steps were taken in the preparation of the project: — Assessment of sites and branches, screening of sites suitable for the tender — Preliminary verification to meet the requirements of the tender — Selection of a prospective contractor based on quotations, unit costs — Conciliations with the contractor, the energy expert of the Coop business chain, the technical inspector to be involved Our project fits with our strategy and mission, the requirements of the call for applications, and the business renewal ideas started by Coop and its members in 2016. In recent years, we have been continuously developing from our own resources, which has also increased the energy efficiency of our businesses. Since we are implementing a small solar-powered development in parallel with this project, for which we have also involved a grant source (GINOP-4.1.3-19-2019-00833), the subject of the application, the steps of implementation are not alien to us. Accordingly, we also have the necessary management and implementation expertise, but for the sake of success, we complement this with the involvement of competent and experienced contractors, technical inspectors and energy policy officers. Objectives of the project: reducing costs (overhead), reducing GHG emissions, reducing primary energy use, increasing technological development and competitiveness. The final result and impact of the project is a significant reduction of the environmental burden and the highest possible cost savings, which can thus be spent on newer projects, developments and investments (which further enhances the firm’s stability and competitiveness). To this end, the project consists of the following key implementation steps and phases: — Delivery and installation of solar system and support structure with inverter — Touch protection inspection and trial operation — Installation of a monitoring system to ensure up-to-date data — Power supply administration — Start of electricity production, utilisation of the project Short presentation of the planned solar system and related services: Parameters and components of a complete solar system with a power of 31.92 kWp: — 114 polycrystalline solar panels with a capacity of 280 Wp (VTSZ: 85414090). — 1 pcs ABB TRIO 27.6-TL-OUTD-S2 3-phase solar inverter module (VTSZ: 85044084). — Weatherproof inclined roof support structure system (VTSZ: 76042100). — AC/DC side defence equipment. — Solar cable (4 mm²). — Connectors, fittings, screws, cable trays, other auxiliary materials. The steps of the construction: — Delivery, disembarkation — Fixing of the holding structure on an inclined roof — Installation and implementation of the system — Connection, programming and adjustment of the Inverter — Touch protection inspection and recording — Proof plant, handover/receipt — Guaranteed liability Other services undertaken by the contractor: — Disembarkation, survey, quotation, calculation of return — Technical documentation — Electrical design — Single-line drawing — Full power supply administration (English)

- 1 db ABB TRIO 27.6-TL-OUTD-S2 3 fázisú napelemes inverter modul (VTSZ: 85044084). - Időjárásálló ferde tető tartószerkezet rendszer (VTSZ: 76042100). - AC/DC oldali védelmi berendezések. - Solar kábel (4 mm2). - Csatlakozók, szerelvények, csavarok, kábeltálcák, egyéb segédanyagok. A kivitelezés lépései: - Kiszállítás, kiszállás - Tartószerkezet rögzítése ferde tetőre - Rendszer telepítése, kivitelezése - Inverter csatlakoztatása, felprogramozása, beállítása - Érintésvédelmi vizsgálat és jegyzőkönyvezése - Próbaüzem, átadás/átvétel - Garanciális helytállás Egyéb, a kivitelező által vállalt szolgáltatások: - Kiszállás, felmérés, árajánlat, megtérülési kalkuláció - Műszaki dokumentáció - Villamos tervezés - Egyvonalas rajz - Teljes áramszolgáltatói ügyintézés (Hungarian)
