This project is a corrected version of the company’s GINOP-1.3.1-15 rejected in 2015, in which the applicant does not declare the contested accommodation costs. H&H Design Ltd. is an extremely successful company operating a plant in Kaposvár, which, in addition to its relatively short (2 years) production, has already gained a regional reputation thanks to its outstandingly high quality works. The company produces metal garden seats, fencing elements, garden metal decorations and other metal ornaments, in which it can achieve high quality and high margins thanks to precision works. The biggest advantage of metalworking, known as precision, is that it guarantees a higher margin, as it is a real quality product, with the fact that cheap Chinese mass products do not compete with the company. The increase in value added is relatively easy to justify at the company, since it sells high-value metal products from prepared, low unique value metal materials, which contain special samples as a result of machining, and meet the specific needs of its customers. The company has already participated in the previous Messe Graz exhibition from its own resources, where it already achieved export sales in 2014, but in 2015 it produces a significantly higher value for foreign markets. Its export turnover is equally low, but together with the operation of the plant, the aim is to reach 70 % of total turnover from the external market within 3 years, thanks to the fact that the products produced by the company can be sold at very high prices in countries with higher per capita incomes. Development can be broken down into long-term and short-term goals. The short-term goal is to participate in 2 consecutive exhibitions in Graz with a stand of such quality that raises awareness and conveys the quality suggested by the products — HH Design Kft., who participated in the previous year’s exhibition exclusively from its own resources, could not present a stand of the same quality as its competitors, and the location of the appearance in the conference room was not the best. Therefore, by using the support, the short-term goal is to give the best possible impression to the partners and thus to gain serious attention. The long-term goal already goes significantly further, the company wants to achieve 70 % of its turnover from foreign sales, while achieving the result of higher operating activity with products that can be sold with higher margins. The exhibition in Graz (Messe Graz- according to the attached offer) offers outstanding opportunities to get acquainted with the reseller partners according to the company’s previous year’s experience. The range of individuals who actually want to buy — partly due to transport costs — is very limited and the basket value is lower. The reseller partners visit the stand directly, however, it has to be distinguished from a number of exhibitors carrying out similar activities, therefore, besides the quality of the products and the equipment and size of the plant, good appearance is of utmost importance, which is the purpose of this tender. The development is aimed at the development of the activity according to the Sector Focus 25.62.TEÁOR, from which, starting from 0, following the change of profile, the company achieved a turnover of HUF 30M in 2013 and HUF 70M in 2014, i.e. we can indicate that it has chosen a dynamically growing and well-prospering sector. The company’s main products are made of metal, decorating ornaments and utensils for homes, homes, gardens and public spaces. Positioning takes place at the European level for producing extremely high quality at low prices. The company financed both the plant and its previous activities (including the Graz exhibition of the previous year), and the expected result from receiving the aid is the increase in turnover and the result of the operating activity.     Jelen projekt a cég 2015. évben elutasított GINOP-1.3.1-15 jelű pályázatának javítva beadott változata, amelyben nem számolja el a pályázó a kifogásolt szállásköltséget. A H&H Design Kft. egy kaposvári üzemet működtető,rendkívül sikeres vállalkozás, amely viszonylag rövid (2éves) termelő munkája mellett már regionális hírnevet szerzett, kiemelkedően jó minőségű munkáinak köszönhetően. A cég fémből kerti kiülőket, kerítés elemeket, kerti fém dekorációkat és egyéb fém díszeket állít elő, amelyeknél a precíziós munkáknak köszönhetően kiemelkedő minőséget, ezáltal magas árrést tud elérni. A precíziósnak nevezhető fémmegmunkálás legnagyobb előnye az, hogy garantálja a magasabb árrést, mivel valódi minőséget jelentő termékről van szó, azzal együtt, hogy az olcsó kínai tömegtermékek nem jelentenek konkurenciát a cég számára. A hozzáadottérték-növelés viszonylag egyszerűen igazolható a cégnél, hiszen az előkészített, alacsony egyedi értékű fém alapanyagokból magas értékű, megmunkálás eredményeképpen speciális mintákat tartalmazó, a vevői egyedi igényeit kielégítő fémtermékeket ad el. A cég az előző Messe Graz kiállításon már részt vett saját forrásból, ahol export árbevételt ért el már a 2014. évben is, azonban a 2015. évben jelentősen nagyobb értéket állít elő külpiacok számára. Export árbevétele egyenlőre alacsony, azonban az üzem működésével együtt cél 3 éven belül az összárbevétel 70%-át külpiacról elérni, köszönhetően annak, hogy a cég által előállított termékek rendkívül magas áron értékesíthetők a magasabb egy főre jutó jövedelmű országokban. A fejlesztés hosszú és rövid távú célra bontható. Rövid távú cél 2 egymást követő grazi kiállításon olyan minőségű standdal részt venni, amely figyelemfelkeltő és a termékek által sugallt minőséget adja át - az előző évi kiállításon kizárólag saját forrásból részt vevő HH Design Kft. nem tudott olyan minőségű standot bemutatni, mint konkurensei, illetve a megjelenés elhelyezkedése a konferenciateremben sem a legjobb volt. Ezért a támogatás igénybevételével a rövid távú cél a lehető legjobb benyomást kelteni a partnerekben és ezzel komoly ügyeleket szerezni. A hosszú távú cél ennél már jelentősen tovább mutat, a cég árbevételének 70%-át szeretné külföldi értékesítésből elérni, ezzel együtt a magasabb árréssel értékesíthető termékekkel magasabb üzemi tevékenység eredményét elérni. A grazi kiállítás (Messe Graz- a mellékelt ajánlat szerint) a cég előző éves tapasztalatai szerint kiemelkedő lehetőségeket nyújt a viszonteladó partnerek megismerésében, a ténylegesen vásárolni kívánó magánszemélyek köre- részben szállítási költségek miatt - erősen korlátozott, illetve a kosárérték alacsonyabb. A viszonteladó partnerek közvetlenül keresik fel a standot, azonban számtalan hasonló tevékenységet végző kiállító közül kell kitűnni, ezért a termékek minősége és az üzem felszereltsége, nagysága mellett kiemelten fontos a jó megjelenés, ami jelen pályázat célja. A fejlesztés az Ágazati fókusz 25.62.TEÁOR száma szerinti tevékenység fejlesztésére irányul, amelyből gyakorlatilag a 0-ról indulva, profilváltását követően a cég elért nagyságrendileg 30M Ft árbevételt 2013-ban, 2014-ben pedig 70M Ft-ot, vagyis kijelethetjük, hogy dinamikusan növekvő, jól prosperáló ágazatot választott. A cég fő termékei fémből készült, lakóházak, lakások, kertek, illetve közterületek számára készített díszek és használati tárgyak, a pozicionálás az európai szinten alacsony ár mellett a rendkívül magas minőség előállítására történik. A cég mind az üzemet, mind előző tevékenységeit ( közte az előző évi grazi kiállítás) önerőből finanszírozta, a támogatás igénybevételétől elvárt eredmény az árbevétel és az üzemi tevékenység eredményének növekedése.
