    Az eddigiekben a fejlesztéshez az előkészítési tevékenységeken belül elkészültek az energetikai tanúsítások (meglévő és tervezett állapotra vonatkozóan), statikai szakvélemény az épület állékonyságára, illetve mivel napelemes rendszer kiépítése is történik, ezért a tetőszerkezet megfelelőségére is. Továbbá az épületgépészeti (napelemes rendszerhez kapcsolódó), illetve építészeti tervdokumentációk, melyek benyújtásra kerülnek. A napelemes rendszerhez szükséges villamosenergia hálózati csatlakozáshoz kapcsolódó engedélyek intézése, valamint a műszaki ellenőrrel, műszaki vezetővel történt egyeztetés a beruházáshoz kapcsolódóan. A fejlesztés tartalmazza a régi külső nyílászárók energiatakarékos fehér műanyag 3 rétegű üvegezésű ( Ug=0,7 W/m2K) nyílászáróra cseréjét. A villamosenergia ellátására a napenergia hasznosításával 50 kWp-os háromfázisú hálózatra tápláló napelemes rendszer kiépítése 184 db CS 6 P 275W-os Canadian Solar típusú polikristályos napelem lapostetőn való elhelyezésével, tartószerkezetre, a hozzákapcsolódó rendszer kiépítésével, illetve 1 db KACO Blueplanet 50.0 TL3 XL SPD 12 inverter beépítésével.
