The aim of the investment is the energy modernisation of Timpa Bt’s plant hall and office building. The modernisation includes the modernisation of the overlighters, the replacement of all doors and windows, the thermal insulation of facade walls with the ETICS system, the renovation of the flat roof of the office-social building, thermal insulation, rainwater insulation and the installation of a solar panel system. The solar panel system will have a southern orientation with 50 kW total power 30 degrees inclination. The ETICS system is made with 15 cm thick EPS thermal insulation. The flat roof renovation is made with 20 cm thick EPS thermal insulation and PVC rainwater insulation. The replaced doors and windows will be modern, thermally insulated plastic structures. The technical solutions used when designing the building meet the requirements set out in Section 50(3) of the OTÉK, the essential requirements according to its intended purpose and the requirements detailed in the design programme. The static contributed to the installation of the solar panel system and the stability of the buildings is stable. The project is not a project subject to construction permit. A beruházás célja az Timpa Bt üzemcsarnokának és irodaépületének energetikai korszerűsítése. A korszerűsítés magában foglalja a felülvilágítók korszerűsítését, az összes nyílászáró cseréjét, a homlokzati falak utólagos ETICS rendszerrel történő hőszigetelését, az iroda-szociális épület lapostető felújítását, hőszigeteléssel, csapadékvíz szigeteléssel valamint napelemes rendszer telepítését. A napelemes rendszer 50 kW összteljesítményű 30 fokos dőlésszögű déli tájolású lesz. Az ETICS rendszer 15 cm vastagságú EPS hőszigeteléssel készül. A lapostető felújítás 20 cm vastagságú EPS hőszigeteléssel és PVC csapadékvíz szigeteléssel készül. A cserélt nyílászárók korszerű, hőszigetelő üvegezésű műanyag szerkezetek lesznek. Az építmény tervezésekor alkalmazott műszaki megoldások az OTÉK 50. § (3) bekezdésében meghatározott követelményeknek, rendeltetési célja szerinti alapvető követelményeinek, és a tervezési programban részletezett elvárásoknak megfelelnek.A napelemes rendszer telepítéséhez a statikus hozzájárult, az épületek állékonysága stabil. A projekt nem építési engedélyköteles beruházás. A felújítás során az üzem működése zavartalan lesz. (Hungarian)
