The tasks of the mandatory public will start during the implementation period of the project, in accordance with the provisions of the Széchenyi 2020 Beneficiaries’ Information Obligations Guide and Identification Manual for the “KTK 2020” project. 30 kW solar system elements: CanadianSolar 270 Wp polycrystalline solar panels and Fronius SYMO 10.0.3-3 phase inverter. Solar panels are subject to 12 years of product warranty and 30 years of performance guarantee, which means that after 30 years, the panels will provide at least 80.6 % of their rated power. This inverter is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty of 7 years. Working principle: The electricity produced by the special surface of solar panels (silicon) is transferred to a special DC to AC converter, which is suitable for feeding into the electricity grid. The feed-in electricity is recorded by an ad buy meter provided by the supplier. The clock indicates two recorded values.     A projekt előkészítő szakaszában a szükséges műszaki tervek elkészültek, valamint a felhívás elvárásainak megfelelően a statikai szakvéleményt is elkészítette a felkért szakember, a napelemes rendszer kiépítése okán a tető tartószerkezeti elemei is megvizsgálásra kerültek. Az épületre elkészültek az energetikai tanúsítványok, az épület beruházás megvalósítását megelőző (kiinduló) állapotára vonatkozó hitelesített energetikai tanúsítvány, az energiahatékonysági fejlesztések hatására bekövetkező (köztes) állapotot valamint a beruházás megvalósítását követő (tervezett) állapotot rögzítő, tanúsító program használatával készített 7/2006. (V.24.) TNM rendelet szerinti számítás. A kiválasztott energetikus szakemberrel történt többszöri egyeztetés a fejlesztési elemek tekintetében, a megvalósítási helyszínen több alkalommal történt helyszíni bejárás. A beruházási elemek nem építési engedély köteles tevékenységek, így engedélyezési eljárás nem hátráltatta a pályázat benyújtását.A projekt megvalósításának legfontosabb lépései: A pályázat elbírálása után a feltételes vállalkozási szerződés hatályba lép, mely után rövid időn belül megkezdődhet a beruházás a munkaterület átadásával. A kivitelező cég folyamatos egyeztetést fog folytatni a tulajdonost képviselő műszaki ellenőrrel, aki biztosítja a zavartalan és hibátlan munkavégzést. A munkálatok a nyílászárók cseréjével fognak kezdődni, mely a hotel tulajdonosával egyeztetve szakaszosan történik majd, az épp megszálló vendégek zavarásának minimalizálása mellett. A kötelező nyilvánosság feladatai a projekt megvalósítási időszakában kezdődnek meg, a Széchenyi 2020 Kedvezményezettek Tájékoztatási Kötelezettségei útmutató és arculati kézikönyv „KTK 2020“ projektre vonatkozó előírásainak megfelelően. 30 kW napelemes rendszer elemei: CanadianSolar 270 Wp polikristályos napelemek, valamint Fronius Symo 10.0.3-3 fázisú inverter.
