    A fejleszteni kívánt ingatlan a Primer-Color Kft. székhelye Szekszárdon a Tartsay utca 6. szám alatt fekszik (hrsz: 4089/C/1). Az ingatlan társasházi formában működik, a fejlesztéssel érintett épület a pályázó tulajdonában van. Az ingatlan legutóbb 15 éve került felújításra, a részleges felújítás eredménye nem felel meg a mai energetikai követelményeknek. A tervezett fejlesztés nem építési engedély köteles, az ingatlan közös tulajdonú részeit nem érinti, tereprendezés, funkcióváltás nem valósul meg. Az előkészítés során elkészültek a műszaki tervek (nem engedélyköteles építési tevékenység), a statikai szakvélemény (egy nyilatkozatban igazolta a statikus az épület állékonyságát és a tető alkalmasságát a napelemrendszer fogadására), az energetikai mellékletek, a feltételes kivitelezési szerződés. A fejlesztés során az épület homlokzataira és tetőfelületére új hőszigetelés kerül, cserére kerülnek a homlokzati nyílászárók, új kondenzációs gázkazán kerül beépítésre. Megvalósulnak az épületenergetikai beavatkozásokhoz kapcsolódó munkálatok, helyreállítások és javítások. Az épület energiaigényét a fejlesztést követően a tetőre elhelyezett napelem rendszer fogja szolgáltatni. A részletes műszaki paraméterek a műszaki leírásban olvashatók, a projekt energetikai jellemzői az energetikai mellékletben olvashatók.
