we wish to upgrade our existing CZP-3 3 flat prism machine to make the raw material processing process as smooth as possible, and without human force or continuous forklifting, we would be able to pick up very heavy logs for processing with o CZP-2 2 flat prism machine with log application table at the beginning of production, and we would be able to realise the beginning of the production process at our own site. The above 2 tools would be used to process/cut the logs. Then, from the resulting elements, we would be able to create the quantity of sawn timber needed for the production ourselves. In the first period we would be able to supply custom-made lumber with our own production, and later we could continuously produce raw materials for our production line. This technology could greatly improve our procurement costs and greatly improve sustainability in the long term. Inadequate temperatures in the mechanised production area lead to higher maintenance needs and more shutdowns, resulting in lower productivity. Moreover, the inadequate environment can generate significant additional costs for the maintenance of our production line and other production equipment. The storage of the finished product is also a very pivotal point of production, as wood products in an excessively wet environment may be ‘damaged’ by this. When stored in a medium with excessive moisture content, the wood may turn blue, mold or its weight may vary depending on saturation with water. O The most important part of the modernisation of the production area is the modernisation of energetics, by which we mean the insulation of the roof structure of the production plant, the replacement of the aged, poorly closing and insulating double-wing doors to light-structured industrial gates, and the replacement of the boiler that is no longer able to serve the heating of the now increased production space. By implementing this, we can ensure the normal and constant temperature in the production area, which reduces the maintenance needs of the equipment to normal spring/summer levels, thereby significantly reducing the number of shutdowns, which in turn makes it possible to maintain productivity. The continuous operation of production equipment can also be seriously affected by too wet and colder than required air, thus reducing their productivity by 30-40 % in the colder months. O The covered finished product and raw material storage enables the sustainability of the quality of the wood (moisture content, discoloration, sowing), which is also a significant cost-reducing factor. The so-called “damaged” colored wood is in many cases not accepted by customers. The ProTime corporate governance system is fully compliant with point 7(c) of the content assessment criteria, so please take it into account in the assessment. (English)

o magában pályázott rönkfelhordó asztallal a már meglévő CZP-3-as 3 lapos prizmázó gépünket kívánjuk korszerűsíteni, hogy minél gördülékenyebb legyen az alapanyagfeldolgozási folyamat, és emberi erő vagy folyamatos targoncázás nélkül képes legyen felvenni az igen nehéz rönköket a feldolgozáshoz o CZP-2-es 2 lapos prizmázógép rönkfelhordó asztallal a gyártás elején, a gyártási folyamat elejét is a saját telephelyünkön lennénk képesek megvalósítani. A fenti 2 eszközzel végeznénk a rönkök feldolgozását/feldarabolását. A túlzott nedvességtartalmú közegben való tárolás alkalmával a faanyag kékülhet, penészedhet, illetve a vízzel való telítettség függvényében a súlya is változhat. (Hungarian)
