A projekt keretein belül a vállalkozás egyik telephelyén található ingatlan kerül energetikai korszerűsítésre. Az ingatlan jelenleg energetikai szempontból II - ROSSZ minősítési kategóriába sorolható. A fejlesztés következtében ez az állapot BB kategóriai besorolásig javítható. A beruházás keretin belül megtörténik az épület utólagos hőszigetelése, nyílászárók cseréje, napelemek telepítése. Jelenleg az ingatlan fűtése elektromos fűtésrendszerrel megoldott. Ennek következtében érhető el a megfelelő energetikai besorolás. (Hungarian)
