3 of the 4 modules will be installed on-premise, the 4th in the cloud. Synchronisation of the systems will be done with native database synchronisation and master-master replication. Running on-premise modules will run on a dedicated, linux-based server machine on each site, where only the application and the database will run. Synchronisation with the cloud will also work with the replication mentioned above, but in this case the database and the CRM module will be stored on a virtual machine running in the cloud. On-premise databases will also be replicated with this cloud-based database, so that up-to-date data can be accessed from the cloud and the data recorded there will be returned to the on-premise databases. The modules currently used by the company to communicate with each other are as follows: What’s the big deal? It’s a baby? Is it a plant? Is it bookkeeping? Wages The wholesale, plant and accounting modules will be completely replaced. The replacement of the wage module is not necessary, as the data processed by the wage module is very rarely necessary in the rest of the system. We would also like to replace the retail module in the future, but this is not a priority at the moment, as it rarely has to communicate with existing modules. In summary, once the new case management system is installed, an integration interface must be developed with the existing Retail and Wage modules, but these interfaces are known and data traffic is only moderate. A 4 modulból 3 on-premise lesz telepítve, a 4. a felhőben. A rendszerek szinkronban tartását natív adatbázis szinkroinzálással, un. master-master replikációval fogjuk megoldani.
