Although the company currently uses a locally installed case management system, this system is outdated and is not able to meet the customer needs of commercial and service services, as of 1 July 2020, it will not be suitable for the preparation of NAV returns. Furthermore, it is extremely slow, the data can be recorded several times only by duplication and the reporting of the system is cumbersome, so the managers of the company can only obtain data from complicated Excel tables on the company’s financial data, therefore a new, efficient locally installed system will be introduced in the framework of the project with the following modules: The CRM system will run as a locally installed module, which will provide support for customer service processes. The controlling system supports the work of the company manager, optimising the necessary labour input. Helps to increase the company’s operational efficiency. The resulting reports make operational efficiency measurable. The purpose of controlling is to provide continuous, up-to-date information. The purpose of the procurement and logistics area is to support the work of staff performing procurement and logistics tasks, optimising the necessary labour input. Its aim is to make stocks more transparent, to ensure uniformity in the management of articles and to maintain stocks at an optimal level. Assist in procurement processes, thereby increasing the company’s flexibility. The financial module will help reduce the administrative tasks of asset registers within the company and automate certain tasks. Its aim is to make it easier to record and book invoices within the company, to print a ledger extract and a ledger card. The WF system module assists management management, allows for process-based storage and tracing of tasks. It is able to create a task list, monitor the status of tasks, raise awareness of deadlines in the process, optimise the necessary labour input. Electronic document management is suitable for the digital registration and management of all documents of the company, ensuring the traceability of the documents from the origin of the documents until the end of the retention obligation. Able to assign and create documents related to a specific partner, transaction, enterprise process. A system that uses mobile technology can help the business to have an intrinsic competitive advantage, which makes the functionality of the functional target area(s) available, will ensure the display and processing of data on mobile devices, regardless of location or time. A vállalkozás bár jelenleg használ egy helyben telepített ügyviteli rendszert, de ez a rendszer már elavult és nem képes kiszolgálni a kereskedelemben és szervízszolgáltatások esetében felmerülő ügyféligényeket, 2020. július 1-től nem alkalmas a NAV bevallások elkészítésére ezért lecserélésre fog kerülni. Továbbá rendkívül lassú, az adatokat több ízben csak duplikáció révén lehet rögzíteni és körülményes a rendszer riportolása, így a vállalkozás vezetői csak bonyolult Excel táblázatokból kaphatnak adatokat a cég pénzügyi adatairól, ezért a projekt keretében egy új, hatékony helyben telepített rendszer kerül bevezetésre az alábbi modulokkal: Helyben telepített modulként fog futni a CRM rendszer, amely biztosítani fogja az ügyfélszolgálati folyamatok támogatását. A kontrolling rendszer támogatja a cégvezető munkáját, optimalizálva a szükséges munkaerő ráfordítást. Segíti a cég működési hatékonyságának növelését. A keletkező riportok révén a működési hatékonyság mérhetővé válik. A kontrolling célja a folyamatos, naprakész információk biztosítása. A beszerzési, logisztikai terület célja, hogy segítse a beszerzési, logisztikai feladatokat ellátó munkatársak munkáját, optimalizálva a szükséges munkaerő ráfordítást. Célja a készletek átláthatóbbá tétele, a cikkek kezelésének egységessé tétele, a raktárkészletek optimális szinten tartása. Segítse a beszerzési folyamatokat, ezáltal növelje a cég rugalmasságát. A pénzügyi modul segíteni fog a cégen belül felmerülő eszköznyilvántartás adminisztratív feladatainak csökkentésében, bizonyos feladatok automatizálásában. Célja, hogy egyszerűbbé váljon a vállalkozáson belül keletkező számlák rögzítése és könyvelése, főkönyvi kivonat és főkönyvi karton kinyomtatása. A WF rendszer modul a vezetői irányítást segíti, lehetővé teszi a feladatok folyamatszemléletű eltárolását, visszakereshetőségét. Képes feladatlista készítésére, a feladatok státuszának nyomon követésére, határidők tudatosítására a folyamatok végrehajtóiban, optimalizálja a szükséges munkaerő ráfordítást. Az Elektronikus iratkezelés alkalmas a cég összes iratának digitális nyilvántartására, kezelésére, biztosítja az iratok keletkezésétől a megőrzési kötelezettség végéig azok követhetőségét. Képes adott partnerhez, tranzakcióhoz, vállalati folyamathoz tartozó dokumentumok hozzárendelésére, létrehozására. A mobil technikát használó rendszer lényleges versenybeli előnyhöz segítheti a vállalkozást, amely elérhetővé teszi az adott funkcionális célterület(ek) funkcionalitását, biztosítani fogja az adatok megjelenítését és feldolgozását helytől és időtől függetlenül a mobil eszközökön.
