In order to improve our business and to make our work processes transparent, it is important to put in place an appropriate corporate governance system that links our activities. Within the hybrid system, we plan to introduce 9 modules focusing on the following functional areas: For cloud services: Controlling — Distance and Teamwork — Knowledge Management — Service Management. In case of locally installed own software: CRM — HR — Logistics — Archive management — mobile ERP. It is important for us that the system to be introduced takes into account the specific aspects and expectations of our company. Therefore, the modules have been selected to connect to our existing workflows. Controlling supports the work of the management, can control the operation of the company so far and assist in decision-making. Remote and group work enables efficient information flow within the company and ensures the optimisation of error management, real-time communication, shared information base, electronic storage of documents and handling of our staff. Using the Knowledge Management module, you can manage various documents of public interest, materials, educational materials and information about safety at work and fire in a uniform system. Service Management provides a solution for the management of services, enabling the application of service strategy, service planning and service transfer. The CRM module facilitates contact with partners, easy preparation of quotes, customer orders management, and support for the sales process. The HR module allows the uniform management of the company’s employee data, the recording of working time, the assignment of employee tasks, responsibilities and powers. The Logistics module will provide you with the possibility to manage stock and stock, keep up-to-date records of the price list and make the inventory even more accurate. Archive management helps to record and manage documents, documents and contracts generated during the operation of the company in a uniform, transparent system. With the help of mobile ERP, the company’s employees can easily access iWise from mobile phones at any time after easy user identification. In the case of the services used, we use only the data migration related to the systems, its customisation and the educational service related to the operation of the systems, and the service provider also provides assistance in providing mandatory publicity. During the project, we also implement equipment procurement for the efficient operation of the system. (English)

    Az üzletmenetünk javítása és munkafolyamataink átláthatóságának érdekében fontos egy megfelelő vállalatirányítási rendszer bevezetése, mely összekapcsolja tevékenységeinket. A hibrid megoldású rendszeren belül 9 modul bevezetését tervezzük, melyek az alábbi funkcionális területekre fókuszálnak: A felhőalapú szolgáltatások esetén: Kontrolling - Táv- és csoportmunka - Tudásmenedzsment - Szolgáltatás Menedzsment. A helyben telepített saját szoftver esetén: CRM - HR - Logisztika - Iratkezelés - mobil ERP. Fontos számunkra, hogy a bevezetésre kerülő rendszer pontosan vegye figyelembe vállalkozásunk egyedi szempontjait és elvárásait. Ezért a modulokat úgy választottuk ki, hogy a már meglévő munkafolyamatainkhoz kapcsolódjanak. A Kontrolling a vezetőség munkáját támogatja, ellenőrizhetik a vállalat eddigi működését és segíti a döntéshozatalt. A Táv-, és csoportmunka a vállalaton belüli hatékony információáramlást és a hibakezelés optimalizálásának biztosítását teszi lehetővé, valós idejű kommunikáció lehetőséget, osztott információs bázist, dokumentumok elektronikus tárolását és kezelhetőséget biztosít munkatársainknak. A Tudásmenedzsment modul használatával egységes rendszerben kezelhetők a különböző közérdekű dokumentumok, segédanyagok, oktatási anyagok, valamint a munka- és tűzvédelemmel kapcsolatos információk. A Szolgáltatásmenedzsment megoldást kínál a szolgáltatások menedzselésére, mely által lehetővé válik a szolgáltatási stratégia alkalmazása, a szolgáltatás tervezése és a szolgáltatásátadás. A CRM modul megkönnyíti a partnerekkel való kapcsolattartást, az árajánlatok egyszerű elkészítését, a vevői rendelések kezelését, valamint az értékesítési folyamat támogatását. A HR modul a cég munkavállalói adatainak egységes kezelését, a munkaidő nyilvántartását, a munkavállalói feladatok, felelősségek, hatáskörök hozzárendelését teszi lehetővé. A Logisztika modul lehetőséget biztosít majd a raktár és készlet kezelésében, az árlista naprakész nyilvántartásában, ill. a leltár még pontosabb elkészítésében. Az Iratkezelés segít a vállalat működése során keletkező bizonylatok, dokumentumok, szerződések egységes, átlátható rendszerben való nyilvántartásában, kezelésében. A mobil ERP segítségével pedig a cég munkatársai egyszerű felhasználói azonosítást követően bármikor, bárhonnan könnyedén hozzáférhetnek az iWise-hoz mobiltelefonról is. Az igénybe vett szolgáltatások esetében pedig csupán a rendszerekhez kapcsolódó adatmigráció, annak testreszabása, illetve a rendszereknek működéséhez kapcsolódó oktatási szolgáltatást vesszük igénybe, illetve a kötelező nyilvánosság biztosításában is segítséget nyújt a szolgáltató. A projekt során eszközbeszerzést is megvalósítunk a rendszer hatékony működése érdekében. (Hungarian)
