In order to improve our business and to make our work processes transparent, it is important to put in place an appropriate corporate governance system that connects, helps our activities to work more efficiently and reduces administrative burdens. We will use both cloud-based and locally installed modules in the hybrid system to be introduced, focusing on the following functional areas. The module was selected in such a way that each of them is connected to our existing workflows and helps the company’s continuous development and optimisation of workflows. The CRM module provides great help in contacting partners, which, in addition to managing the data of existing customers in a simple, easy-to-read interface, is suitable for contacts with new customers as well. In addition, together with the Logistics module, these modules combine the activities by which we can follow the sales of our company’s services. Control and the workflow management system modules mainly organise the registration of documents, from which they can check the company’s operation so far and help decision-making. The HR, Distance and Teamwork and Archive Management modules have been selected for the purpose of facilitating the daily work of our employees, as well as for more efficient internal communication and documentation management. Digitisation and knowledge development are an essential development path in the life of companies today, which is why we intend to introduce the knowledge management module, which enables our employees to access current knowledge and documents related to the company. With the mobile app, our staff can access the system, even on smartphones, anytime and anywhere. Service Management provides a solution for the management of our services, enabling the application of service strategy, service planning and service transfer. The construction of the system is the task of the contractor, which is used in the framework of services, which includes data migration related to modules, their customisation and training related to the system. In the course of our application we do not want to acquire a device, we have a set of background information technology tools with which the system to be introduced can function properly. In the course of the implementation of our project we meet the required information requirements (presenting the project information on our website and creating a C-type table) which would also be used as part of a service. Az üzletmenetünk javítása és munkafolyamataink átláthatóságának érdekében fontos egy megfelelő vállalatirányítási rendszer bevezetése, mely összekapcsolja, tevékenységeinket segít a hatékonyabb munkavégezésben, valamint csökkenti az adminisztrációs terheket. A bevezetni kívánt hibrid rendszerben felhőalapú és helyben telepített modulokat egyaránt alkalmazni fogunk, melyek az alábbi funkcionális területekre fókuszálnak. A modul úgy kerültek kiválasztásra, hogy mindegyik kapcsolódjon a meglévő munkafolyamatainkhoz és segítse a cég folyamatos fejlődését és a munkafolyamatok optimalizálását. A CRM modul partnerekkel való kapcsolattartásban nagy segítséget nyújt, amely azon túl, hogy a meglévő ügyfelek adatait egyszerű, könnyen áttekinthető felületen, egységesen kezeli, alkalmas az új ügyfelekkel való kapcsolatfelvételekben is egyaránt. Továbbá a logisztika modullal együtt, ezen modulok összekapcsolják azon tevékenységeket, melynek segítségével végig követhetjük cégünk szolgáltatásainak értékesítését. A Kontrolling valamint a munkafolyamat irányítási rendszer modulok leginkább a dokumentumok nyilvántartását rendszerezi, melyből ellenőrizhetik a vállalat eddigi működését és segíti a döntéshozatalt. A dolgozóink napi munkavégezésének megkönnyítése okán, valamint a hatékonyabb belső kommunikáció és dokumentációk kezelése végett lettek kiválasztva a HR, a Táv és csoportmunka és az Iratkezelés modulok. Manapság a vállalatok életében elengedhetetlen fejlődési út a digitalizálás és a tudás fejlesztés, ezért is kívánjuk bevezetni a tudásmenedzsment modult, mely által dolgozóink hozzáférhetnek az aktuális tudásanyaghoz, valamint a céghez kapcsolódó dokumentumokhoz. A mobil alkalmazással akár okostelefonon is, bármikor és bárhol hozzáférhetnek a rendszerhez munkatársaink. A Szolgáltatásmenedzsment megoldást kínál a szolgáltatásaink menedzselésére, mely által lehetővé válik a szolgáltatási stratégia alkalmazása, a szolgáltatás tervezése és a szolgáltatásátadás. A rendszer kiépítése a kivitelező feladata, melyet szolgáltatások keretében veszünk igénybe, mely tartalmazza a modulokhoz kapcsolódó adatmigrációt, azok testreszabását és a rendszerhez kapcsolódó oktatást. Pályázatunk során nem szeretnénk eszközt beszerezni, olyan háttér-informatikai eszköz állománnyal bírunk, amellyel a bevezetni kívánt rendszer megfelelően tudjon működni. Projektünk megvalósítása során eleget teszünk az előírt tájékoztatási kötelezettségeknek (a honlapunkon a projekthez kapcsolódó tájékoztató megjelenítése és „C” típusú tábla készítése) melyet szintén szolgáltatás keretében vennénk igénybe.
