Production: In the autumn of 2017, our metalworking center and the production of bent concrete steel started to operate. Currently, there is no production module in the program, so there are simplified records and processes that are not efficient. With the production module we aim to optimise production processes and related records. Controlling and decision support: Our system is currently producing basic data exports and manual reports. According to the collector, the warehousekeeper prepares the goods. If one of them does not need the given quantity or otherwise, the buyer writes the changes with the pen only by means of a text item identification, which will be returned on paper by the buyer to the supplier, who is final. This process is outdated at our sales volume, with many possibilities of error. With the automation of the warehouse, electronic certification, interactive document management and order modification are realised, along with process tracking. Internet sales (Webshop): At present, pre-ordering by email is our most advanced customer service mode, which is globally outdated. Online sales, ordering dedicated customers through the interface, providing online data for them is now a requirement. If we do not implement it, it can be expected to be a significant downturn already in a 3-year perspective. Our goal is to start and gradually develop the webshop, related to the development of sales logistics, the implementation of the omni channel type system within 3 years. Wage-labour: We have a program that does not support small-user, working time-frame system, is not automated, and does not have online solutions, which cannot be linked to the integrated system. Our goal is to track an efficient working time framework, connect to an integrated system, introduce a system that can communicate online, which also meets the needs of employees more effectively. Our current server software is outdated, its product support will soon cease, new user licenses can no longer be purchased. Due to technical progress, new Windows server software is required with the right amount of user licenses. In addition, our aim is to create a system that supports remote workplace solutions to a much greater extent than at present. Gyártás: 2017. év őszétől kezdte meg működését a fémmegmunkáló központunk és a hajlított betonacél gyártás. Jelenleg a programban nincs gyártás modul, így leegyszerűsített nyilvántartás és folyamatok vannak, mely nem hatékony. Gyártás modullal célunk a gyártási folyamatok és a kapcsolódó nyilvántartások optimalizálása. Kontrolling és döntéstámogatás: A rendszerünkből jelenleg alapadat export működik és kézi kimutatások készülnek. Kontrolling modullal komplett vezetői információs és döntéstámogató eszköztárat kapunk, gyorsabb, hatékonyabb módon, rugalmasabb interfész megoldásokkal és rendelkezésre állással. Munkafolyamat-irányítási rendszer (WF): létszámunk közel duplájára nőtt, hálózatunk jelentősen bővült. A vevői igények és jogszabályi előírások alapján nyilvántartási igény, a precizitás többszörösére nőtt, a nagyságrend a folyamatok újra gondolását és optimalizálását követeli, melyhez optimális eszköz egy WF rendszer. Mobil eszköz (Raktár automatizálás): Jelenleg papírra nyomtatott kiírójegy készül a vevői igény alapján, melyet az értékesítő személyesen elvisz a raktárba és átadja a raktárosnak. Az összeszedő alapján a raktáros előkészíti az árukat. Ha valamelyik mégsem kell az adott mennyiségben vagy mást kér a vevő, tollal ráírja csak szöveges cikkazonosítással a változásokat, ami papíron a vevő által kerül vissza az értékesítőhöz, aki véglegez. Ezen folyamat értékesítési nagyságrendünk esetén elavult, számos hibalehetőséggel. A raktár automatizálással elektronikus bizonylatolás, interaktív bizonylatkezelés és rendelésmódosítás valósul meg, folyamat-nyomonkövetés mellett. Internetes értékesítés (Webáruház): Jelenleg az e-mailen előre rendelés a legfejlettebb vevőkiszolgálási módunk, mely globálisan elavult. Az internetes értékesítés, a dedikált vevők interfészen történő rendelése, nekik online adatszolgáltatás ma már követelmény. Amennyiben nem valósítjuk meg, jelentős visszaesésé prognosztizálható már 3 éves távlatban. Célunka webáruház elindítása és fokozatos fejlesztése, kapcsolódóan az értékesítési logisztika fejlesztése, omni channel típusú rendszer megvalósítása 3 éven belül. Bér-munkaügy: Kisfelhasználós, munkaidőkeretes rendszert nem megfelelően támogató, nem automatizált, továbbá online megoldásokkal nem rendelkező programunk van, mely nem köthető az integrált rendszerhez sem. Célunk a hatékony munkaidőkeret nyomkövetése, integrált rendszerhez kapcsolás, online kommunikációra képes rendszer bevezetése, mely a munkavállalói igényeknek is hatékonyabban felel meg. Jelenlegi szerver szoftvereink elavultak, terméktámogatása hamarosan megszűnik, új felhasználó licencet már jelenleg sem lehet hozzá vásárolni. A technikai fejlődés miatt új Windows server szoftver szükséges a megfelelő mennyiségű felhasználói licenc-el. Emellett célunk egy olyan rendszer kialakítása, mely a jelenleginél jóval nagyobb mértékben támogatja távoli munkahelyes megoldásokat.
