The project to be implemented is not linked to its existing IT system and ERP. Our integrated corporate governance system offers a complete solution. This includes sales, acquisition, production scheduling, complete warehouse management, and the coverage of financial and accounting processes. Sales and procurement manage the various price lists, periodic price lists, registration of issued and tenders, subsequent processing/evaluation. At the time of the production schedule, we have the possibility to start any workflow, to automatically book the used raw materials and snap-ins. At the same time, we can follow up to 1000 open construction projects flexibly. The integrated K2D enterprise management system offered by DLM Solutions is a server-based integrated management solution running on client machines. K2D corporate governance fully embraces general corporate core processes, but also offers unique solutions for merchants and manufacturing companies in CRM and sales areas, as well as in manufacturing management. Our modular solutions form a package that the user can acquire and serve customers more efficiently after proper preparation. The most important steps in the implementation of the project are: — Preparation of specifications, — Consultation: Preparation of process modification proposals for our company, — Customisation,- Installation, — Configuration, — Testing, — Integration: Interface developments due to the unique software environment of our company, — Migration: Upload the available dataset. In the application you want to apply, there is the experience of the project management members. The comprehensive business solutions of the product resulting from the project require as little customisation as possible, because it is available with industry-specific solutions, thus providing added value. Education — Instruction: An integral part of our project is that the installed system will be put into operation, which includes the training of the employees using it. User education: General user training is always carried out at the place of use. A megvalósítani kívánt projekt nem kapcsolódik meglévő informatikai rendszeréhez és ERP-hez. Az integrált vállalatirányítási rendszerünk teljes megoldást kínál. Ez magába foglalja az értékesítés, beszerzés, termelés ütemezése, teljes raktárkezelés, valamint a pénzügyi és számviteli folyamatok lefedését. Az értékesítés és beszerzés kezeli a különféle, időszakosan érvényes árlistákat, kiadott és ajánlatok nyilvántartását, későbbi feldolgozását/kiértékelését. A gyártás ütemezésekor lehetőségünk van tetszőleges munkafolyamat elindítására, a felhasznált alapanyag és beépülő cikkek automatikus könyvelésére, Egy időben akár több 1000 nyitott kivitelezési projektet is rugalmasan nyomon követhetünk. A DLM Solutions által kínált integrált K2D vállalatirányítási rendszer kliens gépeken futó szerver alapú integrált vállalatirányítási megoldás. A K2D vállalatirányítási teljeskörűen felöleli az általános vállalati alapfolyamatokat, ugyanakkor egyedülálló megoldásokat kínál a kereskedő és gyártó vállalkozások számára a CRM és értékesítési területeken, továbbá a gyártásirányítás területén.
