As part of our project, we start marketing ready-to-eat refrigerated/frozen food according to customer requirements. From the project budget, we only acquire assets that are incurred in order to comply with the Operational Technological Equipment Requirements (HACCP) and are currently missing from the 4 shops concerned. In the framework of the project, we will obtain 1 TC-SUPER-B250F freezer box and 1 UNT 9213 GK aggregate, 2 MODENA JU cooling counters, 1 JU Praga R-1 PR 210/80 wall cabinet and 1 TFH 4524 ZRH aggregate, 1 IG KG102DP-AT wall cabinet and 1 UNT 6220 GK aggregate. The purchased chillers and aggregates result in a significant additional annual electricity consumption, so to partially replace their electricity consumption, we also implement the installation of solar systems. 4136 Körösszakál Piac tér 2. based on the planned consumption data, based on the planned consumption data, 17,01 kWp peak power, 4142 Zsáka Deák Ferenc út 1. implementation site is required to install a solar panel system with a peak power of 17.01 kWp based on planned consumption data of 22.68 kWp, 4135 Körumapáti Kossuth utca 60. based on the planned consumption data, a solar panel system with a peak power of 17.01 kWp, 4173 Nagyrábé Kossuth utca 8. based on the planned consumption data is required. In the course of the preparations, we finalised the technical specifications of the equipment to be purchased in our stores, then a market survey was carried out among the manufacturers and distributors, after several consultations, 3 bidders were asked for offers. We planned 1 milestone for the realisation of our project, which includes ordering the equipment, contracting, delivering the machine and putting it into service, as well as fulfilling our public tasks. The added value added generated by the implementation of the project consists of several factors: 1. After purchasing the most up-to-date wall and counter coolers and aggregated chillers, we can provide our customers with a wide range of food and drink products requiring refrigeration or freezing (sandwiches, frozen and chilled semi-finished and ready-made foods, dairy products) that would not be possible without the investment (i.e. the development contributes to the design of the range of products ensuring the appropriate width and depth of the product range). 2. Modern wall and counter coolers, back-up chillers and freezers ensure that we can keep supplies of perishable food and beverage products that require refrigeration or freezing (i.e. development contributes to quality assurance ensuring the quality of the product range and stocking and logistics ensuring the consistency and availability of the product range). The increase in value added mainly results in an increase in our sales margin and thus in our revenues (more buyers, larger sales volumes, higher margins, more stocked and sold goods). A projektünk keretében a vásárlói igényekhez igazodva fogyasztásra kész hűtött/fagyasztott ételek forgalmazásába kezdünk. A projekt költségvetés terhére kizárólag olyan eszközöket szerzünk be, melyek az üzemi technológiai felszereltségre vonatkozó előírásoknak (HACCP) való megfelelés érdekében merülnek fel és jelenleg az érintett 4 üzletből még hiányoznak. A projekt keretében ennek megfelelően 1 db TC-SUPER-B250F fagyasztóládát és 1 db UNT 9213 GK aggregátot, 2 db MODENA JU hűtőpultot, 1 db JU PRAGA R-1 PR 210/80 faliregált és 1 db TFH 4524 ZRH aggregátot 1 db IG KG102DP-AT faliregált és 1 db UNT 6220 GK aggregátot szerzünk be. A beszerzett hűtők és aggregátok jelentős éves többlet villamosenergia fogyasztást eredményeznek, így ezek villamosenergia-fogyasztásának részbeni kiváltásához napelemes rendszerek telepítését is megvalósítjuk. 4136 Körösszakál Piac tér 2. megvalósítási helyszínen a tervezett fogyasztás adatok alapján 17,01 kWp csúcsteljesítményű, 4142 Zsáka Deák Ferenc út 1. megvalósítási helyszínen a tervezett fogyasztás adatok alapján 22,68 kWp csúcsteljesítményű, 4135 Körösszegapáti Kossuth utca 60. megvalósítási helyszínen a tervezett fogyasztás adatok alapján 17,01 kWp csúcsteljesítményű, 4173 Nagyrábé Kossuth utca 8. megvalósítási helyszínen a tervezett fogyasztás adatok alapján 9,45 kWp csúcsteljesítményű napelemes rendszer telepítése szükséges. Az előkészületek során véglegesítettük az áruházainkba beszerzendő eszközök műszaki specifikációját, majd piacfelmérést tartottak a gyártók és forgalmazók körében, többszöri egyeztetést követően 3 ajánlatadótól kértek be ajánlatot. A projektünk megvalósításához 1 mérföldkövet terveztünk, mely magába foglalja az eszközök megrendelését, szerződéskötést, a gép leszállítását és üzembe helyezését, valamint a nyilvánossági feladataink teljesítését is. A projekt megvalósítása miatt keletkező hozzáadott-érték növekedés több tényezőből tevődik össze: 1. A legkorszerűbb fali és pultos hűtők és aggregát hűtők beszerzését követően a négy boltban olyan széles termékkínálatot tudunk biztosítani vásárlóinknak a hűtést vagy fagyasztást igénylő étel-és italtermékekből (szendvicsek, fagyasztott és hűtött félkész- és készételek, tejtermékek) amelyekre a beruházás nélkül nem lenne lehetőség (azaz a fejlesztés hozzájárul a termékkínálat megfelelő szélességét és mélységét biztosító áruválaszték-kialakításhoz). 2. A korszerű fali és pultos hűtők, valamint háttérhűtők és fagyasztóládák biztosítják, hogy készleteket tudjunk tartani a romlandó, hűtést vagy fagyasztást igénylő étel-és italtermékekből (azaz a fejlesztés hozzájárul a termékkínálat minőségét garantáló minőségbiztosításhoz valamint a termékkínálat konzisztenciáját, rendelkezésre állását garantáló készletezéshez és logisztikához). A hozzáadottérték-növekedés elsősorban az értékesítési árrésünk és így bevételeink növekedésében (több vevő, nagyobb értékesítési volumen, nagyobb árrés, több készletezett és eladott áru) realizálódik.
