As a “system” so far, the company has only used a “KerSzám silver” program, but it can only be developed for one site or does not fully cover the company’s ideas, so it is not used anymore, the software is completely replaced. During the project, the supplier also provides an installation service, as this is essential for the proper operation of the system. This concerns: Training — 5 man-days: During the training, key users are taught in several stages how to manage a given area of the program. One time can be 1-3 hours and practical, so it happens in front of a machine in any case. Program customisation — 10 mandays: In this movement, minor additional improvements are carried out to ensure that the programme is perfectly fit for purpose. Basic parameterisation — 3 man-days: In doing so, settings are made in the program, which is practically the setting of switches and selection fields on demand. Data migration — 2 man-days: From existing Excel tables, a specific format of data content is loaded so that the program does not start empty. The project includes the “Compulsory information and publicity” activity to be implemented as detailed in the relevant call for proposals. During this project element, the following “public elements” made mandatory in the relevant tender documents will be implemented: The provision of content elements for the presentation of the project information (possibly a subpage); Preparation of a C-type information board for the location of the investment. The project does not involve the purchase of equipment, the assets owned by the company will be sufficient to carry out the project, with which there might be a problem in this area, which will be replaced by the applicant company at its own expense. The applicant company has not been a beneficiary of a corporate ICT aid scheme since 2007 (GOP 2.2.1, GOP 2.2.3, KMOP 1.2.5, KMOP 1.2.7) or has been certified as a Digitally Prepared Enterprise since 14 July 2017, the registration number of which is: MVP-003757.     „Rendszerként” eddig a cég csupán egy „KerSzám silver” programot használt, de ez csak egy telephelyre fejleszthető, illetve nem teljesen fedi a cég elképzeléseit, ezért azt nem használják tovább, a szoftver teljes cseréje valósul meg. A cég minden telephelyén használják majd a rendszert, így a projekt megvalósítási helyszínei a következők lesznek: Fő megvalósítási helyszín: Szarvas, III külkerület 223. Továbbá: Szarvas, Körös utca 19.; Csongrád, Fekete János utca 7.; Kisújszállás, Deák Ferenc utca 24.; Gyomaendrőd, Pásztor János utca 12/1.; Jászberény, Nagykátai út 4/A. A bevezetendő funkcionális területek a következők lesznek: „Helyben telepített”: Vállalati CRM, értékesítési terület; Gyártási terület; Humán erőforrás menedzsment és bérszámfejtés; Kontrolling és döntéstámogatás; Beszerzési, logisztikai terület; Pénzügyi, számviteli terület; Munkafolyamat-irányítási rendszer (WF) bevezetése; (az eddigiek 14 darabos mennyiségben), valamint Internetes értékesítés (Vállalati webáruház) – 1 darabos mennyiségben. „Felhő alapú”: Online (elektronikus) fizetési megoldás - 14 darabos mennyiségben. A projekt során bevezetési szolgáltatást is nyújt a szállító, mivel a rendszer megfelelő működtetéséhez ez elengedhetetlen. Ennek tárgya: Betanítás – 5 embernap: A betanítás során több lépcsőben megtanítják a kulcsfelhasználóknak a program adott területinek kezelését. Egy egy alkalom 1-3 órás lehet és gyakorlatias, tehát gép előtt történik minden esetben. Program testreszabása – 10 embernap: E tételben végzik el az apróbb kiegészítő fejlesztéseket, hogy a program tökéletesen a célnak megfelelő legyen. Alap paraméterezés – 3 embernap: Ennek során a programban végeznek el beállításokat, amely gyakorlatilag kapcsolók és kiválasztó mezők igény szerinti állítását jelenti. Adatmigráció – 2 embernap: Meglévő Excel táblákból adott formátumú adattartalmak betöltését végzik el, hogy a program ne üresen induljon el. A projekt része a vonatkozó pályázati felhívásban részletezett módon megvalósítandó „Kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság” tevékenység. E projektelem során megtörténik a vonatkozó pályázati dokumentációban kötelezővé tett, alábbi „nyilvánossági elemek” kivitelezése: A projekthez kapcsolódó tájékoztató (esetleg aloldal) megjelenítéséhez tartalmi elemek biztosítása; A beruházás helyszínére „C” típusú tájékoztató tábla elkészítése. A projekt eszközbeszerzést nem tartalmaz, a cég tulajdonában lévő eszközök elégségesek lesznek a projekt végrehajtására, amely eszközzel esetlegesen e téren probléma merülne fel, az a pályázó cég saját költségén megfelelőbbre fogja cserélni. A támogatást igénylő vállalkozás 2007 óta nem volt vállalati IKT célú támogatási konstrukción (GOP 2.2.1, GOP 2.2.3, KMOP 1.2.5, KMOP 1.2.7) kedvezményezett, illetve 2017. július 14. óta rendelkezik GINOP 3.2.1 Digitálisan Felkészült Vállalkozás minősítéssel, amely tanúsítványának regisztrációs száma: MVP-003757.
