As part of the project, we would like to acquire a complete glass lens grinding system with Huvitz Kaiser, with which the production of our optical devices would develop. The abrasive system consists of two parts, a Huvitz HPE-8010 X spectacle lens grinding unit and a Huvitz HAB-8010 X scanner. The abrasive unit reads the shape of the lens with an attached system very shapely and accurately, and can produce the final product depending on a number of unknown and variable parameters with an accuracy of 0.01 mm. Variable parameters include the shape, size, curvature and material of the frame, as well as the material, thickness and curvature of the lens. The Huvitz abrasive can feed all these parameters and produce a final product with all the appropriate characteristics. The abrasive system has several abrasive discs, separate for glass and plastic materials, then a frosting-finisher and a polishing disc continue. The great advantage of the machine is that it has a front-and-rear puller disc and a nut mill disc. The system also includes the scanner-scanner unit, which incorporates a digital dioptry meter with automatic bore detection and lens-form scanning functions. The device provides extremely fast, “real time” image and data processing, i.e. the result is immediately visible on the touch screen. Demo lenses do not need to be scanned in the future, only scanning, which also saves considerable time. The device automatically recognises the focal point, so that it can be set up with the highest possible point value, as well as the shape fitting is automatic. With the machine to be purchased, the workflows can be connected, several types of materials can be machined, and higher quality can be achieved, saving essential time. The color LCD display, icon-based interface and touch screen allow fast data input and easy editing. The capacity of the machine system to be procured in the framework of the project therefore significantly exceeds the productivity of our current machinery fleet, and we can increase our performance by approximately 15-20 % above the planned 10 %. The development of production will generate significant growth thanks to the project, as we can accept larger order numbers and implement them faster and more efficiently in the future.     A projekt keretében egy Huvitz Kaizer komplett szemüveglencse csiszoló rendszert szeretnénk beszerezni, mellyel optikai eszközeink gyártási tevékenysége fejlődne. A csiszolórendszer két részből áll, egy HUVITZ HPE-8010 X szemüveglencse csiszolóegységből, illetve egy HUVITZ HAB-8010 X letapogató-feltűző egységből. A csiszolóegység a lencse formáját egy csatolt rendszerrel igen formahűen és pontosan olvassa be, a végterméket számtalan ismeretlen és minden alkalommal változó paraméter függvényében képes legyártani, 0.01 mm pontossággal. Változó paraméter többek között a keret formája, mérete mellett annak görbülete és az anyaga is, ugyanúgy, mint a lencse alapanyaga, vastagsága és görbülete. A Huvitz csiszoló mindezeket a paramétereket képes betáplálni, s egy minden tekintetben megfelelő tulajdonságokkal rendelkező végterméket legyártani. A csiszolórendszer több csiszolókoronggal rendelkezik, külön az üveg és műanyag alapanyagokhoz, aztán egy fazettázó-finiselő és egy polírozó koronggal folytatódik a sor. A gép nagy előnye, hogy egy elülső-hátsó éllehúzó koronggal és egy nútmaró tárcsával is rendelkezik. A rendszer része a letapogató-feltűző egység is, melybe beépítésre került egy digitális dioptriamérő, ami automatikus furatfelismeréssel és lencseforma szkennelés funkciókkal is rendelkezik. Az eszköz a korábbihoz képest rendkívül gyors, „real time” kép- és adatfeldolgozást biztosít, azaz azonnal láthatóvá válik az eredmény az érintőképernyőn. A demo lencséket a jövőben nem kell letapogatni, elég csak szkennelni, ami szintén jelentős időmegtakarítással jár. Az eszköz a fókuszpontot automatikusan ismeri fel, így ennek beállítása már a lehető legnagyobb pontosággal lesz kivitelezhető, valamint a formaillesztés is automatikus. A beszerezni kívánt géppel a munkafolyamatok összeköthetővé válnak, több fajta anyag is megmunkálható, és magasabb minőség érhető el, lényeges időt megtakarítva. A színes LCD kijelzős, ikon alapú kezelőfelület és az érintőképernyő gyors adatbevitelt és könnyű szerkesztést tesz lehetővé. A projekt keretében beszerezni kívánt géprendszer kapacitása tehát jelentősen meghaladja jelenlegi gépparkunk termelékenységét, a tervezett 10%-ot meghaladóan megközelítőleg 15-20%-kal is növelni tudjuk teljesítményünket. A gyártás fejlesztése a projektnek köszönhetően jelentős növekedést fog generálni, mivel nagyobb megrendelési számokat tudunk elfogadni, és azokat gyorsabban és hatékonyabban megvalósítani a jövőben.
