The Ltd. implements development in an area in which it already has serious experience, since it has continuously and consistently implemented similar developments in recent years. The capacity of our existing machines is low, due to the novelties introduced by manufacturers, they allow less efficient production. It is therefore necessary to develop the machine park. Our trained and experienced professionals have extensive experience in operating similar devices, the use of the tools to be procured will not be a problem. It is possible to achieve the desired professional standards and to maintain them in an unobstructed way. Impact of installation of machinery on efficiency: modern machines allow faster machining time, we can work with up to 20 % shorter deadlines. Thanks to reliable machines, less scraps are generated, our materials management improves by up to 5 %, we expect a 6-8 % increase in our turnover. The activity of the company does not change, the range of products produced is expanding. Thanks to the new machines, we can combine more complex production processes with multiple operations, resulting in higher product processing levels. Existing machines and devices will not be replaced, the machine fleet will be expanded. In preparation for the project, the customer’s needs have been assessed. The place of implementation is suitable for the new equipment to be procured. Refurbishment or extension of the building is not required. It can be said that our development is well founded. The quality management processes introduced in connection with the ISO 9001 certificate acquired in October 2016 also contribute to the successful implementation of the project. Project elements implemented: — 1 pcs. cardboard printing machine — 1 pcs. state-of-the-art digital printing machine — 1 contact cutting equipment — 1 2 tower binding line — 1 UV-LED printer — 1 textile printer The following content assessment criteria apply to our company or project: a) SMEs with a high growth potential — in the two closed business years preceding the submission, our net turnover is at least 20 % higher than the base and 2013 turnover. c) We have introduced new, currently used marketable technology, jobs ensuring higher technological level employment and more efficient production processes through the instruments purchased under GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012 0016 tender (table pieces, posters, cylindrical irons, graphic workstations). Based on these, we carry out our current activities. e) The under-represented entrepreneur who needs support: young entrepreneur — the Kft. 97 % owned by a woman who is also one of the managing directors of the company. A Kft. egy olyan területen valósít meg fejlesztést, melyben már komoly gyakorlata van, hiszen folyamatosan és következetesen valósított meg az elmúlt években hasonló fejlesztéseket. Meglévő gépeink kapacitása alacsony, gyártók által bevezetett újdonságok miatt kevésbé hatékony termelést tesznek lehetővé. Emiatt szükséges a géppark fejlesztése. Képzett és gyakorlott szakembereinknek nagy tapasztalata van hasonló eszközök üzemeltetésében, a beszerzendő eszközök használata nem fog problémát jelenteni. A kívánt szakmai színvonal elérése, ill. fenntartása akadálymentesen megoldható. A gépek üzembe helyezésének hatása a hatékonyságra: a modern gépek gyorsabb megmunkálási időt tesznek lehetővé, akár 20%-kal rövidebb határidőkkel tudunk dolgozni. A megbízható gépeknek köszönhetően kevesebb selejt keletkezik, anyaggazdálkodásunk akár 5%-kal is javul, árbevételünk 6-8%-os növekedésére számítunk. A vállalkozás tevékenysége nem változik, a gyártott termékek köre bővül. Az új gépeknek köszönhetően összetettebb, több műveletből álló gyártási folyamatokat tudunk egyesíteni, melynek következtében a termékek feldolgozottsági szintje magasabb lesz. Meglévő gépek, eszközök nem kerülnek lecserélésre, a géppark bővítése történik. Projekt előkészítéseként megtörtént a megrendelői igények felmérése. A megvalósítás helyszíne a beszerzendő új eszközök elhelyezésére alkalmas. Az épület átalakítása, bővítése nem szükséges. Elmondható, hogy megalapozott a fejlesztésünk. 2016 októberében megszerzett ISO 9001 tanúsítványhoz kapcsolódóan bevezetett minőségirányítási folyamatok szintén a projekt sikeres megvalósítását segítik elő. Megvalósuló projektelemek: - 1 db. karton nyomógép - 1 db. korszerű digitális nyomógép - 1 db. névjegyvágó berendezés - 1 db 2 tornyos kötészeti gépsor - 1 db UV-LED nyomtató - 1 db. textilnyomtató A tartalmi értékelési szempontok közül az alábbiak vonatkoznak vállalkozásunkra, illetve projektünkre: a) Nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkező KKV - benyújtást megelőző két lezárt üzleti évben nettó árbevételünk minimum 20%-kal haladja meg a bázis, 2013-as árbevételt. c) GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012 0016 pályázat keretében beszerzett eszközök (tábladarabló, plakátnyomtató, hengeres vasaló, grafikus munkaállomások) révén új, jelenleg is alkalmazott piacképes technológia került bevezetésre, magasabb technológiai szintű foglalkoztatást biztostó munkahelyeket, hatékonyabb termelési folyamatokat vezettünk be. Ezekre alapozva végezzük jelenlegi tevékenységünket. e) Támogatást igénylő alulreprezentált vállalkozó: fiatal vállalkozó – a Kft. 97%-os tulajdonosa nő, aki egyben egyik ügyvezetője a cégnek.
