Horsch Joker 6 RT compact short disc and Vigolo EN 185 rotating boron: SynTech Research Hungary Ltd. is a company engaged in research and development of pesticides. Over the years, the company receives more and more commissions from experiments where the company itself does sowing various crops, and in many cases the sowing takes place after the planting of large quantities of stem residues and green manure. Analytical instrument: Syntech Research Hungary Ltd. performs around 700 efficiency and 100 GLP tests per year. The analytical phase of the GLP tests has so far been carried out in laboratories in foreign EU Member States due to the lack of adequate capacity in Hungary. In order to ensure continuous development, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the testing laboratory by introducing and validating new anallic methods in pesticide residue analytics and bee ecotoxicology. Syntech Researh Hungary is currently accredited as a GLP testing facility by the National Institute of Pharmacy and Food Health at 44/2014. (VII. 19.) on the basis of a Decree of the Minister for Human Resources, the extension of which is necessary for the performance of the analytical tests. Results complying with the requirements laid down in Directive SANTE/11945/2015 ‘Guidance document on analytical quality control and method validation procedures for pesticides residues analysis in food and feed’ issued by the European Union’s Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety, which entered into force on 1 January 2016, may be taken into account in the authorisation procedures for pesticides in EU Member States. Purchase of triple quadrupole connected to a high efficiency liquid chromatograph required to meet these criteria. Wintersteiger Hege 11 lab-chattering machines: In today’s modern world, when space technology has entered agriculture and machines are able to cultivate the land with centimetre accuracy, apply nutrients and plant protection products, a little less attention is paid to seed treatment and the protection of the sprouting plant. And herbal life begins with the seed, the germ hidden in it. By choosing the right tasting agent, we can control the initial steps of plant life reassuringly, as planned. Under laboratory conditions, due to the small seed and pelleting quantities, it is necessary to use sophisticated treatment technology. Horsch Joker 6 RT kompakt rövidtárcsa. és Vigolo EN 185 forgóborona: A SynTech Research Hungary Kft. cég növényvédőszerek kutatásával, fejlesztésével foglakozó társaság. Évek során a cég egyre több megbízást kap olyan kísérletekből ahol a különböző kultúrnövények vetését maga a cég végzi, illetve több esetben nagy mennyiségű szármaradvány, zöldtrágya beforgatását követően történik a vetés. Ahhoz, hogy ezek a kísérletek megfelelő hatékonysággal és minőségben értékelhetők legyenek, előfeltétele a megfelelő kísérleti terület elmunkálása-előkészítése, ami a kultúrnövény egyöntetű fejlettségében fog megmutatkozni. Mindezen műveletek elvégzését ez az eszköz biztosítani képes. A beruházandó eszköz a cég számára nemcsak az előbb leírtak végett válna szükségessé, hanem így ezzel az eszközzel saját magunk végeznénk mind az alapművelést, illetve azt követően a vetést, ami a kísérlet hatékonyságát növelné, időt takarít meg számunkra, illetve nem utolsó sorban a növekvő kísérletszám végett. Analitikai műszer: A Syntech Research Hungary kft évente mintegy 700 hatékonysági és 100 GLP vizsgálatot végez. A GLP vizsgálatok analitikai fázisát a megfelelő magyarországi kapacitás hiánya miatt eddig külföldi EU tagországok laboratóriumaiban végeztette el. A folyamatos fejlődés érdekében a vizsgáló laboratórium kapacitását növelni szükséges, új anallitikai módszerek bevezetésével és validálásával a növényvédőszermaradék-analitika és a méh-ökotoxikológia területén. A Syntech Researh Hungary jelenleg GLP vizsgálóhelyként akkreditált az Országos Gyógyszerészeti és Élelmezés-egészségügyi Intézet a 44/2014. (VII. 19.) EMMI rendelet alapján, melynek bővítése szükséges az analitikai vizsgálatok elvégzéséhez. Az Európai Únió Egészség- és Élelmiszerbiztonsági Főigazgatósága által kiadott, 2016.01.01-én hatályba lépett SANTE/11945/2015 „Guidance document on analytical quality control and method validation procedures for pesticides residues analysis in food and feed” című irányelvben lefektetett követelményeknek megfelelő eredményeket lehet figyelembe venni az Úniós tagországok növényvédőszer-engedélyezési eljárásainak során. Ezen kritériumok megfeleléséhez szükséges nagy hatékonysági folyadékkromatográfhoz kapcsolt hármas kvadrupól MS/MS rendszer beszerzése. Wintersteiger Hege 11 laborcsávázógép: Mai modern világunkban, amikor az űrtechnológia is bevonult a mezőgazdaságba és a munkagépek centiméteres pontossággal képesek a földet megművelni, tápanyagot és növényvédő szert kijuttatni, kicsit kevesebb figyelmet kap a vetőmagcsávázás és a csírázó növény védelme. A növényi élet pedig a maggal, az abban rejtőző csírával kezdődik. A megfelelő csávázó szer kiválasztásával megnyugtatóan, a tervezetteknek megfelelően tudjuk a növényi élet kezdő lépéseit irányítani. Laboratóriumi körülmények között a kis mag és csávázószer mennyiségek miatt szükséges a kifinomult csávázási technológia alkalmazása.
