After harvesting, the bulk of timber, as well as the branch and husk materials produced at the site of harvesting, are shipped to the processing base and then shredded. In any case, the environmental tightening of the combustion heating to be introduced in the near future justifies the introduction and operation of the state-of-the-art processing technology we have planned. Through the construction of the plant hall and the purchased equipment, Permitto Kft. will have a capacity of wood processing capable of meeting the prevailing market needs (at the same time receiving 5 m³ timber). It will be able to perform a complex processing process in contrast to its competitors, thereby gaining competitive advantages. You can produce higher quality timber at a lower price. The nearly 150 M HUF investment therefore contributes to strengthening the market position and improving the competitiveness of a Hungarian micro-enterprise 100 % owned and employing only Hungarian labour force. The development of the aid will open up new markets for the company. This contributes, albeit to a small extent, to the growth of the domestic economy, to the strengthening of productive and industrial activities in the structure of the economy, which is consistent with government objectives. A fakitermelést követően a nagy tömegű faáru, valamint a kitermelés helyén keletkező ágfa és háncs anyagok a feldolgozó bázisra kerülnek beszállításra, majd megkezdődik a felaprításuk. A beszállított faanyagokat előtisztítási folyamatot követően szárítjuk, majd automatikus gépi feldolgozás alá kerülnek két-három élőmunkaerő igénybevétele mellett. A feldolgozás során is keletkezik hulladék, és e hulladékból az ágfákkal egyetemben préselt tűzifát állítunk elő. A feldolgozás során keletkező egyéb hulladék anyagokat (úgymint fűrészpor) is hasznosítjuk, egy egyedülálló és korszerű technológia révén. Ezáltal a keletkező hulladék 100%-ának újrahasznosítása. Az üzemben szárító kabint is beszerelünk, amely extra alacsony víztartalmú faanyag létrehozását teszi lehetővé. A komplex feldolgozási folyamat eredményeképpen magas minőségű tűzifa készíthető. A késztermék minőségi osztályozást követően raktározásra kerül, vagy a végfelhasználóhoz. A rendelkezésre álló hatalmas fedett tároló terület pedig biztosítani képes a tűzifa kedvező tulajdonságainak megőrzését (szárazság) és a folyamatos, kiszámítható igényekhez igazodó kiszolgálást. Fő versenytársaink a tüzép-ek telepi faárusítási, feldolgozási technológiája elavult és jelentős hátrányokkal bír mind a végfelhasználók, mind a környezeti terhelések tekintetében (vizes, fűtés szempontjából rendkívül rossz minőségű faanyagot kínál). A közeljövőben bevezetendő tüzelés-fűtésre vonatkozó környezetvédelmi szigorítások mindenképpen indokolják az általunk tervezett korszerű feldolgozási technológia bevezetését, üzemeltetését. A felépítésre kerülő üzemcsarnok, és a beszerzett berendezések révén a Permitto Kft. meghatározó piaci igényeket kielégíteni képes fafeldolgozó kapacitással fog rendelkezni (egyidőben 5 m3 faanyagot fogadása). Képessé válik a versenytársaival ellentétben a komplex feldolgozási folyamatot ellátni, ezáltal versenyelőnyökre tud szert tenni. Magasabb minőségű faárut tud előállítani kedvezőbb áron. A közel 150 M Ft-os beruházás tehát hozzájárul egy 100%-os magyar tulajdonban álló, kizárólag magyar munkaerőt alkalmazó hazai mikrovállalkozás piaci helyzetének megerősödéséhez, versenyképességének javulásához. A támogatásból elvégzett fejlesztésekkel új piacok nyílnak meg a cég előtt. Ezzel pedig, ha kis mértékben is, de hozzájárul a hazai gazdaság növekedéséhez, a gazdaság szerkezetében a termelő, ipari tevékenységek megerősödéséhez, amely egybe vág a kormányzati célkitűzésekkel is.
