The production of unique steel structures requires several types of technology, from which we can only manage edge bending — in the absence of technology — only through subcontractors. This significantly hinders our company’s growth and development, since we can only take orders depending on the capacity of our subcontractors. The involvement of long-distance subcontractors has already significantly worsened our competitive position in terms of price, as the cost of transporting metal products is very high. APHS 41600 CNC 4 Axis Hydraulic Straightener to be procured in the framework of this project is essential for the preparation of the parts we produce. So far we solved this with the help of subcontractors, which meant loss of sales, time and additional delivery costs for our company. The edge bending monoblock is based on a solid, robust welded structure with minimal deflection, with additional side panel reinforcement. The bending beam is made of high-quality steel with precision thrusting. Designed for heavy stress (for machines with a capacity of up to 6000 tonnes) with the tool fastening system. The upper tool runs on slide guides made of low friction composite material throughout the track. Hydraulic cylinders are made of high tensile steel and the surface of the pistons is chrome coated. Parallelism is CNC controlled. The position of the pistons is controlled by two proportional valves located on the hydraulic cylinders in two blocks. The position of the pistons is controlled by linear beacons, which measures the current position of the tool on the two columns of the machine. The control unit receives the signals of the beacons and controls the stroke length, pistons and stamp position, so the deflection during bending is minimal and maximum bending accuracy, repetition due to continuous monitoring and correction. The actual deformation of the printing plate and table is perfectly balanced by the hydraulic cylinders integrated in the table, so that the lower and upper tool is completely parallel, and the bending will be equal to the total bending length The machine is equipped with Cybelec ModEva Pac 4-7 axis control controller, 15 inch 2D graphic display, offline programming option, Windows base CTL Seal Ltd operating system. More complex bendings can be tested before actual implementation, but also during programming, the machine will help to eliminate flaws associated with bending. Thanks to the graphical display, it is easy to enter, modify the tools and search in the already prepared programs. Modular system, can be expanded with additional axes. You can control Y1-Y2 cylinders, X1-X2-R1-R2-Z1-Z2 rear stops, automatic motor table preloading plate tracker, front supports, protractor, automatic tool changer and robot operation. (English)

    Az egyedi acélszerkezet gyártás több fajta technológiát igényel, amelyből jelenleg az élhajlítást – technológia hiányában- csak alvállalkozók útján tudjuk megoldani. Ez jelentősen hátráltatja cégünket a növekedésben, fejlődésben, mivel a megrendeléseket csak az alvállalkozóink kapacitásának függvényében tudunk felvenni. Nagyobb távolságokban lévő alvállalkozók bevonása már jelentősen rontja a versenyhelyzetünk az ár szempontjából, mivel a fémtermékek szállítása költsége igen magas. Jelen projekt keretében beszerezni kívánt APHS 41600 CNC 4 tengelyes hidraulikus élhajlító az általunk gyártott alkatrészek előkészítési munkáihoz elengedhetetlen. Ezt eddig alvállalkozók közreműködésével oldottuk meg, amely cégünknek árbevétel kiesést, a megrendelőnek időt és plusz szállítási költséget jelentett. Az élhajlító monoblokk acélvázas szilárd, robosztus hegesztett szerkezetre épül, minimális elhajlásra kifejlesztve, további oldallap megerősítéssel. A hajlító gerenda jó minőségű acélból precíziósan honolással készül. Nagy igénybevételre (akár 6000 tonnás kapacitású gépekhez) tervezett a szerszámrögzítő rendszerrel. A felső szerszám alacsony súrlódású kompozit anyagból készült szánvezetőkön fut a pálya teljes hosszán. A hidraulikus hengerek nagy szakítószilárdságú acélból készülnek és a dugattyúk felülete króm bevonatú. A párhuzamosság CNC vezérelt. A dugattyúk pozíciója két proporcionális szeleppel vezérelt, melyek a hidraulikus hengereken, két blokkban találhatók. A dugattyúk pozíciója lineáris jeladókkal ellenőrzött, amely méri a szerszám aktuális pozícióját a gép két oszlopán. A vezérlőegység fogadja a jeladók jeleit és vezérli a lökethosszt, a dugattyúk és a bélyeg pozícióját, ezért minimális az elhajlás hajlítás közben, és maximális a hajlítási pontosság, az ismétlés a folyamatos monitorozás és korrekció következtében. A nyomólap és az asztal tényleges deformációját az asztalba beépített hidraulikus hengerek segítségével tökéletesen kiegyenlíti, így az alsó és felső szerszám teljesen párhuzamos, a hajlítás pedig egyenlő szögű lesz a teljes hajlítási hosszon A gép Cybelec ModEva Pac 4-7 tengely vezérlésre alkalmas vezérlővel, 15 colos 2D grafikus kijelzővel, offline programozási lehetőséggel, Windows alap CTL Seal Ltd.ú operációs rendszerrel szerelt. A bonyolultabb hajlításokat a tényleges végrehajtás előtt le lehet tesztelni, de a programozás alatt is segít a gép a hajlítással járó hibák kiküszöbölésében. A grafikus megjelenítésnek köszönhetően a szerszámok bevitele, módosítása és a már elkészített programokban való keresés is egyszerű. Moduláris rendszerű, további tengelyekkel bővíthető. Vezérelhetőek az Y1-Y2 hengerek, az X1-X2-R1-R2-Z1-Z2 hátsó ütközők, az automata-motorikus asztal-előfeszítő lemezkövető, az első támaszok, szögmérő, automatikus szerszámcserélő és robot működtetése is.
