The refurbishment and repair of the main components of high-capacity compressors is ordered from external contractors. The lathe machine with special equipment is suitable for machining metal shafts and parts. Induction heating, welding machine, pipe cutting, thread cutter, radial press, rotary crane, pallet lifter, forklift are used to expand the range of installation services. Production management software records information about all installed systems (individual electronic service log), which greatly improves the quality of service, resource efficiency and reliability of the company. The existing plant is expanded with 399.94 m² service and storage space and 213.4 m² covered external storage. (More details in the cost function.) Step forward in the production value chain: 1. Service quality is improved, troubleshooting min. time decreases from 24 hours to 8 hours. 2. Javítási művelet teljesen fémtiszta alkatrészen végezhető, az olajos szennyeződések a mosóberendezésekkel (ipari mosó, alkatrészmosó) távolíthatók el. Az esztergagép a speciális felszereltséggel a fémtengelyek, alkatrészek megmunkálására alkalmas. A szerelési szolgáltatások körének bővítését szolgálja az indukciós hevítő, hegesztőgép, csődaraboló, menetvágó, radiálprés, forgódaru, raklapemelő, targonca. A termelésirányítási szoftver az összes telepített rendszerről információt tart nyilván (egyedi elektronikus szerviznapló), mellyel a szolgáltatás minősége, erőforrás hatékonysága és a cég megbízhatósága nagymértékben javul.
