Our business is basically tool making, and because of this, our activity is characterised by a large number of individual productions. For our customers, we produce custom products, the degree of complexity of which is very different. In addition to this, the elements of the technological line must also be suitable for serial production, as we can expect more and more orders from this circle. Elements of the project: Hyundai-WIA F500 CNC vertical machining center (net purchase price: EUR 98800/HUF 30,365.192: it has become necessary to purchase at least one new machine so that we do not have to return work due to lack of capacity, so that we can increase our orders. We would like to reduce the number of subcontractors so that the currently “outsourced” sub-tasks can be prepared with us. The new machine will be suitable for the production of even more complex parts according to its equipment, thereby expanding the range of our customers. Turning machine V 430x760 (net purchase price: HUF 6.119,377: it became necessary to purchase a new, more accurate, more modern machine for the existing alongside the growing order stock to fulfill Software: Solid Edge Classic Design Software (net purchase price: HUF 2.077000: We can also design parts, appliances and tools in-house, making complex 3D, spatial models and workshop drawings possible. With the new program we can open the market in planning directions. EDGECAM Advanced Level Milling Package (net purchase price: HUF 3.286.000: It will speed up the programming of our existing and new machining centres. The parts will be ready in an even shorter time. It also allows cutting of complex models in programming. The error rate will be reduced to a minimum by using the software. The new machining center has a 4th axis, which without the tool path design software is almost impossible to program. Fujitsu CELSIUS W550 workstation (net purchase price: HUF 465 000: The super-fast and powerful computer is required to run and use the above software seamlessly. In the short term, capacity expansion can be expected to increase the order stock, thereby increasing our revenue by an average of 5 % per year. The operation of the new assets is cost-effective and, as a result, our expenditure increases less than the growth rate of the volume, thus improving the efficiency and profitability of production. Vállalkozásunk alapvetően szerszámkészítéssel foglalkozik, e miatt tevékenységünkre a nagy számú egyedi gyártás jellemző. Megrendelőink részére zömében egyedi termékeket állítunk elő, melyek bonyolultsági foka igen eltérő. E mellett a technológiai sor elemeinek alkalmasnak kell lenni a sorozatgyártásra is, mivel e körből is egyre nagyobb volumenben számíthatunk megrendelésekkel. A projekt elemei: HYUNDAI-WIA F500 CNC vertikális megmunkálóközpont (nettó beszerzési ár: 98800 EUR/30.365.192,- Ft): szükségessé vált legalább egy új gép beszerzése, hogy ne kelljen kapacitáshiány miatt munkát visszaadnunk, ezáltal a megrendeléseinket növelhessük. Szeretnénk az alvállalkozóink számát csökkenteni, hogy a jelenleg "kiszervezett" részfeladatok is nálunk készüljenek el. Az új gép alkalmas lesz felszereltségének megfelelően még bonyolultabb alkatrészek legyártására, ezáltal bővíthetjük megrendelőink körét. Esztergagép V 430x760 (nettó beszerzési ár: 6.119.377,- Ft): szükségessé vált egy új, pontosabb, korszerűbb gép beszerzése a meglévő mellé a növekvő megrendelés állomány teljesítéséhez Szoftverek: Solid Edge Classic tervezőszoftver (nettó beszerzési ár: 2.077.000,- Ft): Alkatrészek, készülékek és szerszámok tervezését is házon belül meg tudjuk oldani, bonyolult 3D, térbeli modellek és műhelyrajzok elkészítése válik lehetővé. Az új programmal tervezési irányba is nyitni tudunk a piacon. Edgecam haladó szintű maró csomag (nettó beszerzési ár: 3.286.000,- Ft): A meglévő és az új megmunkálóközpontjaink programozását fogja meggyorsítani. Még rövidebb idő alatt készülnek el az alkatrészek. A programozásnál bonyolult modellek forgácsolását is lehetővé teszi. A hibázási (selejt készítés) arány minimálisra fog csökkenni a szoftver használatával. Az új megmunkálóközponthoz a hagyományostól eltérően 4. tengely is tartozik, ennek programozása a szerszámpálya tervező szoftver nélkül szinte megoldhatatlan. Fujitsu CELSIUS W550 munkaállomás (nettó beszerzési ár: 465.000,- Ft): A szupergyors és erős számítógép a fenti szoftverek akadálymentes futtatásához, használatához szükséges. A kapacitás bővítéssel rövid távon számolhatunk a megrendelés állomány emelkedésével, ezáltal a bevételeink évenkénti átlagosan 5%-os növekedésével. Az új eszközök üzemeltetése költséghatékony, e miatt a volumen növekedési üteménél kisebb mértékben emelkednek a ráfordításaink, így javul a termelés hatékonysága, jövedelmezősége. (Hungarian)
