In the framework of the project we plan to purchase 1 new mini-drilling machine, as well as the purchase of 1 planer and 1 chip extractor, which will be installed at HELAAN Ltd.'s Bátonyterenye site. With the machine to be procured, we can meet the needs of our customers, business partners, and increase our machine capacity. The advantage of the mini-drilling machine to be procured compared to the previously used machine is that due to its state-of-the-art and easy-to-use operation, it is suitable for large-scale constructions, as well as for use in narrow working areas. Thanks to its heated booth, we can do work even during the colder winter. The main characteristics of a mini-drill with a digging depth of 2 350.3470 mm height: —mechanical and hydraulic elements, computerless control system — low-pressure hydraulically controlled joystick — adjustable gauge -robust spoon shredder hammer and tiltable copper spoon circle -2 pcs nail deep digging spoon -1pcs 800 mm wide tiltable copper spoon our company’s manager is currently carrying out a machine management course, the applied machine operator qualification to be admitted will be provided free of charge by the transport company. As a new activity, we acquire four head profiling planers and chip extractions for our carpentry industry started in 2016. With the help of the machines, we can make panellings, ship floors, log house coverings and terrace coverings in accordance with the needs of the customers in the region. The planer has an automatic star-delta start, digital thickness display, pneumatic depression. Grip depth display, motor beam lifting, manual table lubrication make it suitable for our planned activities. It is necessary to ensure adequate working conditions in connection with the start-up of the joinery industry. For the immediate collection and proper storage of the resulting chips, a chip extractor with a capacity of 8 900 m³/h collects the resulting chips in a 1130 litre bag with a static drop of 1 900 Pa. The suppliers provide a warranty period of 1 year for new machines to be procured. All three instruments bear the CE marking, and the companies that make the offer are companies engaged in the trading and manufacturing of machinery. Based on the references presented and the prices, we selected the most economical offer for the machines to be procured, in such a way that we can complete the implementation of the investment in 2017! Thanks to the development and the capacity it has expanded, we can maintain our existing workforce, create new jobs, increase our turnover and ensure our effective management by obtaining higher profit-related jobs. A projekt keretében 1 db új minikotrógép beszerzését, valamint 1 db gyalugép és 1 db forgácselszívó beszerzését tervezzük, melyeket a HELAAN Kft. bátonyterenyei telephelyén helyezünk üzembe. A beszerzésre kerülő géppel eleget tudunk tenni vevőink, üzleti partnereink igényeinek, bővül gépi kapacitásunk. A beszerzésre kerülő, az ajánlatban lévő minikotrógép előnye az eddigiekben használt gépünkkel szemben, hogy korszerűségének, könnyen kezelhetőségének köszönhetően alkalmas nagyobb kiterjedésű építkezések való munkavégzés mellett, szűk munkaterületen való használatra egyaránt. Fűtött fülkéjének köszönhetően akár a hidegebb, téli időszakban is tudunk munkákat végezni. A 2350 ásási mélységgel, 3470 mm ásási magasságú minikotró főbb jellemző tulajdonságai: -mechanikus és hidraulikus elemek, computer nélküli vezérlő rendszer -alacsony nyomású hidraulikusan vezérelt joystick -állítható nyomtáv -robosztus kanálszár -bontókalapács és billenthető rézsűkanál kör -2 db körmös mélyásó kanál -1db 800mm széles billenthető rézsűkanál Társaságunk ügyvezetője jelenleg gépkezelői tanfolyamot végez, a felvételre kerülő alkalmazott gépkezelő végzettséggel rendelkezik majd, részükre a betanítását a szállító vállalkozás térítésmentesen biztosítja. Új tevékenységként 2016-ban indított asztalosipari tevékenységünkhöz négy fejes profilozó gyalugépet valamint forgácselszívót szerzünk be. A gépek segítségével a térségben jelentkező vevői igényekhez igazodva lambériákat, hajópadlókat, rönkház-burkolatot és teraszburkolatot egyaránt tudunk készíteni. A gyalugép automata csillag-delta indítással, digitális vastagság kijelzéssel, pneumatikus leszorítással rendelkezik. Fogásmélység kijelző, motoros gerenda emelés, manuális asztal kenés teszi alkalmassá az általunk tervezett tevékenység végzésére. Az asztalosipari tevékenység indítással összefüggésben szükséges a megfelelő munkakörülmények biztosítása. A keletkező forgács azonnali összegyűjtését és megfelelő tárolását szolgálja a 8900 m3/h kapacitású forgácselszívó, mely 1900 Pa statikus nyomáseséssel 1130 literes zsákban gyűjti össze a keletkező forgácsot. A beszerzésre kerülő új gyártású gépekre a szállítók 1 év garanciális időszakot biztosítanak. Mindhárom eszköz CE jelöléssel rendelkezik, az ajánlatot adó cégek a gépek kereskedelmével, gyártásával fő tevékenységként foglalkozó cégek. A bemutatott referenciák és a árak alapján választottuk ki a legtakarékosabb ajánlatot a beszerzendő gépekre, oly módon, hogy a beruházás megvalósítását 2017-ben be tudjuk fejezni! A fejlesztés és az általa bővített kapacitásainknak köszönhetően meglévő alkalmazotti létszámunkat meg tudjuk tartani, új munkahelyet tudunk teremteni, növekedhet árbevételünk, magasabb nyereségtartalmú munkák megszerzésével biztosítani tudjuk eredményes gazdálkodásunkat.
