Professional content of the development, description of production technology: Dragon Max Ltd. has CNC controlled Plasma and flame cutting equipment and powder spray paint cabin with burning furnace. The technology is based on: the various metal materials are cut, cut and cut out of certain sizes and diameters of sheet metal on demand, these shapes are further molded with the machines to be procured. Thinner sheets are used for cutting aluminum, iron, steel plates with hydraulic sheet shears. The precision machining of sheet and iron workpieces formed by this machine is facilitated by various types of milling machines. The complexity of such a workshop is served by hand tools and small tools that can be found among the Costs. The pallet lifter is a device necessary to move it; it is necessary to move both the pallets that are prepared and the pallets that store the finished products. According to telephone information from the Intermediate Organisation, a company that produces a new product from a raw material is considered to be an SME advancing in the Production value chain. With the help of the equipment planned to be procured in the project, different metal products are produced, so the applicant company is 100 % compliant with the participants in the telephone information of the Intermediate Organisation, and is therefore entitled to the additional points. Az új eszközök beszerzésén kívül nincsenek a projektnek egyéb elemei. A fejlesztés szakmai tartalma, termelési technológia leírása: a Dragon Max Kft. rendelkezik CNC vezérlésű Plazma és lángvágó berendezéssel, illetve Porszóró festék kabinnal, melyhez égető kemence tartozik. Ezeknek a berendezéseknek a funkcióját egészítené ki a Kft. jelen projekt keretében beszerezni kívánt eszközök, melyekkel a cég további előmenetele válhatna valóra. A jelenleg beszerzendő gépek, szerszámok, tartozékok, eszközök meglétével kibővülhetne és megindulhatna a fémipari termékek gyártásának, megmunkálásának tevékenysége. Ezen kívül a know-how vételben szereplő grillsütő gyártásához is nélkülözhetetlenek. A Dragon Max Kft. tehát azt tűzte ki célul, hogy egy újabb tevékenységi körben is sikereket érjen el és ehhez kapcsolódóan kíván beszerezni olyan eszközöket, melyek elengedhetetlenek ahhoz hogy az említett feladatokat kitűnő minőségben végezhessék. A fejlesztés célja tehát, hogy a cég ezen a területen is olyan minőségi szolgáltatást tudjon nyújtani, mint a már meglévő, sok éves tapasztalat hátterével működő egyéb tevékenységeket. A beszerzendő eszközök,gépek mind azt szolgálnák, hogy ez a cél megvalósuljon: saját gyártású termékekkel ellátni a megrendelőket, a külföldi beszerzéseket helyettesíteni. A technológia az alábbiakon alapszik: a különböző fém alapanyagokat daraboljuk, vágjuk, majd bizonyos méretű, átmérőjű lemezanyagokból igény szerinti formákat tudunk kivágni, ezeket a formákat a beszerzendő gépekkel tovább formázzuk. A vékonyabb lemezek alumínium, vas, acéllemezek vágását szolgálja a Hidraulikus lemezolló. Az ezzel a géppel alakított lemez-, vas munkadarabok precíziós megmunkálását segítik a különböző típusú marógépek. Egy ilyen tevékenységű műhely komplexitását szolgálják a Költségek közt megtalálható, beszerzendő kézi és kis szerszámok. A Raklapemelő a mozgatásához szükségszerű eszköz; hiszen mind a készülő, mind a kész termékeket tároló raklapokat mozgatni kell. A Közreműködő Szervezet telefonos tájékoztatása alapján Termelési értékláncban előrelépő KKV-nak minősül az a cég, amely a fejlesztésnek köszönhetően egy alapanyagból új terméket állít elő. A projektben beszerezni tervezett eszközök segítségével különböző fémipari termékek kerülnek előállításra, így a Közreműködő Szervezet telefonos tájékoztatásában szereplőknek a pályázó cég 100%-ban megfelel, így jogosult a többletpontra.
