As part of the development, the company acquires a Cehisa SF107 Softforming edge-locking machine with 3 pre-milling profiling equipment to establish its serial production activity. In line with market needs, the company will produce foil doors, which are processed in the following phases: The laminated furniture sheet is cut around by the CNC machining center, and then this mart plate is wrapped around the edge-closing device and crushed into the profile in one step. A társaság a fejlesztés keretében beszerez egy Cehisa SF107 Softformingos élzárógép 3 előmarós profilozó berendezést, amivel megalapozza a sorozatgyártási tevékenységét. A piaci igényeknek megfelelően a társaság fóliás ajtókkat fog előállítani, aminek megmunkálása a következő fázisokból áll: A laminált bútorlemezt a CNC megmunkáló központ körbe marja, majd ezt a mart lemezt az élzáró berendezés körbe élfóliázza és belemarja a profilt egy lépésben. A berendezés nagyteljesítményű előmaróegységgel rendelkezik a belsőajtó profilozáshoz, de alkalmas a kisméretű munkadarabok megmunkálására is. A beszerzésre kerülő éllezáró automata növelni tudja a társaság termelési mennyiségét azáltal, hogy a megmunkálási sebessége gyorsabb, mint az egyedi bútorgyártásban alkalmazott élzáró automatáké. A berendezés lehetővé teszi több típusú élzáró anyag alkalmazását (mind színben, mind vastagságban), és az anyagok közti gyors átállást, a gyors anyagfeldolgozást. A berendezés a milliméterpontos megmunkálásnak köszönhetően, kiváló minőségű termékek előállítására alkalmas. Az automatavezérlés miatt a megmunkálás pontosabb, és csökken az emberi hiba lehetősége. A berendezés működtetéséhez nincs szükség szaktudással rendelkező alkalmazottra, a feladatokat egy betanított munkás is el tudja látni, így a társaságnál csökkenthető a munkaerőhiány. (Hungarian)
