With the installation of the new edge-closing machine, the production capacity of our company is expected to increase by 25-30 %. The 1 Brandt Ambition 1440 FC single-sided edge-end machine to be procured as part of the project, using various edge materials suitable for sealing and machining the edges of straight edge workpieces, both in the longitudinal and transverse directions. The tool has a number of advanced features that ensure that the highest machining quality requirements are met. The main characteristics of the equipment are as follows: — Basic machinery: With a working height of 950 mm, 5 274 mm long, with a through-system system, which ensures the installation of the machining units, the introduction of the workpiece, its feed, noise shielding and extraction and chip collection functions. — Treatment of workpiece and edge parameters over a wide range of dimensions — Aggregate equipment: — 2 x 2.2 kW edge milling aggregate — Adhesive aggregate with application unit, edge storage unit, press zone — sealing end cutting aggregate (2x0.18 kW) — for precise end cutting of the front and rear overlay film — 2 x 0.55 kW reverse milling aggregate for cutting the lower and upper edges — 2 x 0.35 kW shape milling aggregate — shape and level at the front and rear short edges, profiles; corner rounding of solid wood edges — Radius citling with chip collector — 2 x 0.09 kW polishing aggregate for bottom and upper cleaning of edge material — advanced “PowerTouch” electronic control — electric design with modular control system, advanced protection and stabilisation functions — safety and protective equipment according to the applicable specifications (English) | |||||||||||||||

Az új élzáró gép üzembe helyezésével várhatóan 25-30%-kal nő majd vállalkozásunk termelési kapacitása. Ezáltal a megrendeléseket rövidebb határidővel, versenyképesebb módon tudjuk majd teljesíteni. Projektünk előkészítéseként tájékozódtunk a piacon fellelhető korszerű élzáró gépekről és ennek hatására döntöttünk az adott típus mellett. Beruházásunkat 2016. májusában tervezzük megkezdeni az eszköz megrendelésével és legkésőbb az év végéig üzembe is helyezzük az új berendezést. A megbízható szállító kiválasztása mellett vállalkozásunk vezetőjének szakmai ismeretei és hasonló gépbeszerzési beruházások terén szerzett tapasztalatai garantálják a projekt sikeres lebonyolítását. Munkatársaink felkészültségre révén az új gép használata problémamentesen beilleszthető a jelenlegi gyártási technológiába. Az új élzáró gép segítségével előállított bútoraink magasabb minőséget képviselnek majd, emiatt várhatóan nő majd a kereslet irántuk. A fejlesztés lehetővé teszi termékeink mennyiségének a növelését is a növekvő kereslet kielégítésére, mely nyomán árbevételünk egyértelmű emelkedésére számítunk. A projekt keretében beszerzendő 1 db Brandt Ambition 1440 FC egyoldalas élzáró gép az egyenes élű munkadarabok éleinek lezárására és megmunkálására alkalmas különböző élanyagok felhasználásával hossz- és keresztirányban is. Az eszköz számos fejlett funkcióval rendelkezik, melyek biztosítják a legmagasabb megmunkálási minőségi igények kielégítését.
