The activities of AT-Info Kft. include activity No 2821 TEÁOR. This class covers the manufacture of heat pump systems. In the framework of this project, the company plans to introduce and apply a technique that is still unique in Hungary, which is related to the compilation of variable refrigerant-current (so-called VRF) systems. The construction of a backbone network connecting the external and indoor units of heat pumps and the production and assembly of the related pipe system are the basis of the activity to be developed. The determination of section lengths and diameters requires a high level of expertise and caution. In addition to production, inspection and commissioning of the assembled pipe system is also carried out. Comfort heating needs in a building can vary considerably, but in most cases the production and construction of a system is expected to satisfy both large heating and individual small needs economically. The company intends to manufacture and install pipes for the installation and installation of heat pumps that are highly energy efficient and are suitable for domestic hot water in addition to heating and cooling. VRF systems are state-of-the-art technology in direct evaporation systems. They can be used primarily in industrial facilities, office buildings, public buildings, condominiums and large family houses, where energy efficiency and high comfort, be it noise level, air condition or aesthetics, are a priority. The pipe systems produced by the company must comply with strict EU and domestic regulations and standards. The requirements, marking, quality testing and delivery conditions of copper pipes used in climate and refrigeration are regulated by EN standard MSZ EN 12735-1:2011, harmonised in Hungary. Soldering is an important step in the assembly of the pipe system. Since 2010, the standard of brassers has been "MSZ EN ISO 17672:2010 Hard soldering. Brazards’. The disbursement agents are described in the standard MSZ EN 1045 and all soldering products have a RAL quality mark. On 16 April 2014, the European Parliament and the Council adopted Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gas Regulation II) in order to meet the EU’s climate change objectives and obligations under the Kyoto Protocol. Another important step in the technology to be used by the company is the gas tightness test after soldering and the checking of leakage as part of the manufacturing process, for which the calibrated instrument is also included among the devices to be procured. The Regulation lays down specific strict requirements for the different stages of the entire life cycle of F-gases. This is why it is important to develop the equipment park so that the company can produce systems that meet the requirements. (English)

Ebbe a szakágazatba tartozik a hőszivattyú rendszerek gyártása. A csőrendszer összeállításának kiemelt jelentőséggel bíró lépése a forrasztás. (Hungarian)
