Over the past two years, we have produced and installed all welded structures of several hydroelectric and waterworks with our own employees. Two hydraulically moved lock panels of the Szentgotthárd hydroelectric power plant, a receiving device, a complete hydromotor horizontal clove cleaner, and two hydraulically moved lock boards into the Csepel BKSZT hydroelectric power plant, with mounting frames. On request, the two trapezoidal hydraulic lock boards aimed at water steering of Séd are fitted with a complete frame and motion. At the same time, welded water turbine parts and related auxiliary parts. They were also entrusted with the complete welding tasks of the axial high submersible inland water pump. The complete construction of the water turbine small sample measuring circuit system was a milestone in terms of its relevance and complexity. Our recurring orders on the subject are constantly growing due to technology. Last year we had orders in the field of solar-powered support structures and other related accessories, rails, curved plates. Based on market sources and feedback from our previous partners, they would require multiple capacity in the next two years as a consequence of the positive activity of the industry. We can only increase the current capacity with CNC machines, the capacity of conventional machines and the reproducing ability of the workpiece are dependent on machine management. On the one hand, the capacity of the company is increasing with the CNC plasma-jet cutting machine to be purchased, as we can produce more production and, on the other hand, we achieve added-value growth, as we can produce more products in a unit time. A projektben 1 db Baykal gyártmányú BPL-H 2060 HPR260XD CNC plazmasugaras vágógép beszerzése valósul meg, amelyek az alábbi műszaki-szakmai paraméterekkel rendelkeznek: -Vágási szélesség: 2200 mm -Vágási hosszúság: 6400 mm -Max vágási vastagság plazmával: Normál acél: max: 64 mm (32 mm-ig salakmentes) -Vezérlő: Hypertherm MicroEdge PRO Windows operációs rendszer, Hálózatba köthető, USB port, Grafikus vezérlés, 15 colos kijelző, ipari érintő képernyő -Software: Hypertherm és TurboNest automatikus terítékkezelő szoftver -Tengelypozicionálási sebesség: 30 m/perc -Mechanikai pontosság: ±0,01 mm -Plazma állomás: 1 db állomás, automatikus gyújtáskapcsolással és magasságállítással. A plazma vágófej ütközés elleni védelemmel ellátva. Az eszköz beszerzésével fejlesztett termelési technológia: Vállalkozásunk egyedi fémszerkezet gyártással foglalkozik, megbízásai sokrétűek és számos iparág számára gyártunk egyedi és komplex szerkezeteket. Az elmúlt két évben több vízerőmű és vízi műtárgy összes hegesztett szerkezeteit gyártottuk és telepítettük teljes mértékben saját munkavállalóinkkal. A szentgotthárdi vízerőmű két hidraulikusan mozgatott zsiliptábláját, fogadószerkezettel, komplett hidromotoros horizontális gerebtisztítót, Csepeli BKSZT vízerőműbe szintén két hidraulikusan mozgatott zsiliptáblát, beépítő kerettel. Hajmáskérre a Séd vízkormányzását célzó két trapézorsós hidraulikus zsiliptáblát komplett kerettel, mozgatással. Ezzel egy időben vízturbina alkatrészek és kapcsolódó kiegészítő alkatrészek hegesztését is végeztük. Axiális nagy térfpgatáramú belvíz szivattyú komplett hegesztési feladataival is megbíztak. Releváns és komlexitását tekintve mérföldkő volt a vízturbina kisminta mérőkör rendszer komplett kivitelezése. A technológia miatt visszatérő megrendeléseink a témában folyamatosan nőnek. Az elmúlt évben a napelemes tartószerkezetek és egyéb kapcsolódó kiegészítő elemek, sínek, hajlított lemezek terén voltak megrendeléseink. Piaci forrásokból illetve korábbi partnereink visszajelzései alapján a következő két évben többszörös kapacitásra is igényt tartanának, az iparág kedvező konjunktúrájának következményeként. A jelenlegi kapacitást csak CNC gépekkel kiegészítetten tudjuk növelni, a hagyományos gépek kapacitása és munkadarab reprodulákó képessége gépkezelő függő. A beszerzésre kerülő CNC plazmasugaras vágógéppel egyrészt növekszik a cég kapacitása, hiszen többet tudunk gyártani, másrészt hozzáadott-érték növekedést érünk el, hiszen egységnyi idő alatt több terméket tudunk előállítani.
