Management has considerable expertise and experience not only in the production of curved steel blocks, but also in the application field. This is confirmed by the fact that our application GINOP-1.2.2-15-2015-02086 won under the Széchenyi2020 programme is also being implemented. The instruments available on the market have been assessed as preparatory activities in connection with the present tender and the appropriate suppliers have been contacted for it. From the bids we requested, we selected the offer with the highest value for money, so the scope of the eligible costs of the project will be established. The first step of the investment is the submission of an aid application, followed by the issue of a supporting document. Then the entire project, i.e. the purchase of equipment, will be implemented. Since we have all the resources available for this and the operation of the investment, the only task is to fulfil the commitments during the maintenance period and to maintain the investment. We wish to ensure a high professional standard throughout the life of the project, for which Gábor Pap is a suitable basis. That is, the experience of project management available to the company’s managing director. The Prima/13 base machine measures 4230*1130*2180 mm and weighs 2 600 kg. The machine consists essentially of four units. The 3D bending head unit allows the workpiece to be propelled in space. The assembly bench allows the production of concrete steels in a straight line, as without it the manufactured product would be bent, so it would not be able to fulfil its function. The collection bench was developed for a large number of pieces with a collection channel 6 meters long, 70 cm deep. The centrally controlled pneomatic braking system is connected to the IT system installed in the device. It has a double float for hard concrete steel coils. Its balanced tensioning system has a weight and diameter sensor, which makes sure the desired product can be produced to the highest quality standards. The fourth unit is the six-foot coil holder, which will be used in production to conduct the concrete steel coils. 570 mm -920 mm inner diameter coil can serve production needs up to diameter and tare weight is 200 kg. Capacity of 3 500 kg per coil, diameter 2 000 mm. The P 45 Pro industrial semi-automatic bending machine can be used for bending operations of concrete steel threads up to 40 mm in diameter. It can process the rebar in a two-stage dual direction according to the feed-in program. The device is equipped with a self-braking engine, so in industrial quantity, several workpieces can be machined at the same time. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A menedzsment jelentős szaktudással, és tapasztalattal rendelkezik nem csak a hajlított acélidom gyártási tevékenységgel kapcsolatban, de a pályázati területen is. Ezt támasztja alá, hogy a Széchenyi2020 program keretében elnyert GINOP-1.2.2-15-2015-02086 jelű pályázatunk megvalósítása is folyamatban van. A jelen pályázattal kapcsolatban előkészítő tevékenységként megtörtént a piacon elérhető eszközök felmérése, majd azzal kapcsolatban a megfelelő szállítók megkeresése. Az így bekért árajánlatok közül kiválasztottuk a lemagasabb ár-érték arányt képviselő ajánlatot, így kialakításra kerül a projekt elszámolható költségeinek a köre. A beruházás első lépése a támogatási kérelem benyújtása, majd ezt követi a támogatói okirat kibocsátása. Ezután megtörténik a teljes projekt megvalósítása, vagyis az eszközbeszerzés. Mivel ehhez, és a beruházás működtetéséhez minden erőforrásunk rendelkezésre áll, így ezután a fenntartási időszakban a vállalások teljesítése, és a beruházás fenntartása az egyetlen feladat. A projekt teljes élettartama alatt magas szakmai színvonalat kívánunk biztosítani, melyhez megfelelő alapot jelent Pap Gábor. vagyis a cég ügyvezetőjének rendelkezésre álló projektmenedzsment tapasztalata. A Prima/13 alapgép mérete 4230*1130*2180 mm, súlya pedig 2600 kg. A gép alapvetően négy egységből áll össze. A 3D hajlító fej egység lehetővé teszi a munkadarab térbeli meghajtását. A gyűjtőpad a betonacélok gyártását teszi lehetővé egyenes kivítelben, hiszen enélkül a gyártott termék meghajolna, így nem tudná betölteni funkcióját. A gyűjtőpad 6 méter hosszú, 70 cm mély gyűjtőcsatornával a nagy mennyiségű darabszámhoz került kifejlesztésre. A központilag vezérelt pneomatikus fékrendszer csatlakoztatva van az eszközbe épített informatikai rendszerhez. Dupla úszóval rendelkezik a kemény betonacél tekercsekhez. Kiegyensúlyozott feszítőrendszere súly és átmérő érzékelős szenzorral bír, mellyel így biztosan a kívánt termék kerülhet legyártása a legmagasabb minőségi színvonalon. A negyedik egység a hat lábas tekercstartó, melyet a gyártás során a betonacél tekercsek vezetéséhez fogunk használni. 570 mm -920 mm belső átmérőjű tekercs átmérőig képes kiszolgálni a gyártási igényeket, önsúlya pedig 200 kg. Kapacitása 3500 kg tekercsenként, átmérője 2000 mm. A P 45 Pro ipari félautomata hajlító géppel maximum 40 mm átmérőjű betonacél szálak hajlítási műveletei végezhető el. Kétfokozatú kettős irányba képes feldolgozni a betonacélt a betáplált program szerint. A berendezés önmagát fékező motorral van felszerelve, így ipari mennyiségben, egyszerre több munkadarab is megmunkálható. (Hungarian)
