The aim of our company is to satisfy the growing needs of the existing customer circle at a high level, to win other segments and thus to acquire new customers. The development possibilities of KTS Metalltechnik Kft. can be summarised as follows: continue to be a major player in the various metal products production; retain qualified, experienced staff; the pursuit of effective economic activity; expansion of the customer base; thereby increasing the market segment; increasing exports of high value-added products. The main profile of our company is CNC milling activity, which we would like to complete with CNC turning in the framework of the current project. We are currently receiving many turntable assignments, but so far we have been able to complete the whole process only with the help of cooperation partners. Unfortunately, during our joint work, we have experienced a number of quality problems during delivery. The current lathe machining orders come from the same customers from whom we are also entrusted with the milling process. Based on their signals, we can still expect continuous turning work, therefore we consider it justified to establish a turning section in our factory and to implement it entirely as our own activity. In order to win a new market segment, we also plan to find new partners from whom we can expect turning orders. We hope that with the purchase of the two new machines, additional staffing will be expected at our company. At present, our specific customers, who entrust us with the machining of turning pieces, i.e. we are suppliers: MIAS: mechanical frame elements and parts of automated warehouses and logistics centers, leading rollers, telescopic table parts. Toman: wide spectrum: small household appliances from parts (e.g. coffee maker) to aerospace equipment, e.g. production of satellite parts or mechanical parts for machines and robots on the production line. The present procurement is part of our previous R & D & I project, during which we developed our technology from three-axis machining to four-axis. The milling works of four axes are closely linked to the turning activity currently to be developed. Most of our customers request the two activities at the same time, as our clients now expect us to perform turning metalworking tasks for them with complex milling works. Thus, we will be able to turn the pieces machined with the developed four-axis technique, which can be combined from the results of the two projects. Overall, by purchasing a new production tool related to production, it would be possible to carry out turning machining activities within the company, thereby creating an increase in added value. Thus, as a result of the successful implementation of the project, our company can achieve an increase in turnover, which clearly improves the company’s effectiveness and competitiveness. Cégünk célja a meglévő vevői kör egyre növekvő igényeinek magas szintű kielégítése, más szegmensek megnyerése, ezzel és újabb vevők megszerzése. A KTS Metalltechnik Kft. támogatás általi fejlődési lehetőségei az alábbiakban foglalhatók össze: továbbra is a különböző fémipari termékgyártás meghatározó szereplője maradni; megtartani a képzett, gyakorlattal rendelkező alkalmazotti állományt; az eredményes gazdasági tevékenység folytatása; vevői kör bővítése; ezáltal a piaci szegmens növelése; eddig is magas nagy hozzáadott értéket képviselő termékek exportjának növelése. Cégünk fő profilja a CNC marási tevékenység, melyet jelenlegi projekt keretében ki szeretnénk egészíteni a CNC esztergálással. Jelenleg is sok esztergályos megbízást kapunk, azonban a teljes folyamatot ez idáig kizárólag kooperációs partnerek segítségével tudtuk megvalósítani. A közös munka során sajnos többször tapasztaltunk minőségi problémát a teljesítéskor. A jelenlegi eszterga megmunkálással kapcsolatos megrendelések ugyanazon vevőktől származnak, akiktől a marási folyamattal is megbíznak minket. A jelzéseik alapján továbbra is folyamatosan várható esztergályos munka is, ezért megalapozottnak tartjuk üzemünkben esztergályos részleget kialakítani, teljes mértékben saját tevékenységként megvalósítani. Újabb piaci szegmens megnyerése céljából tervezzük továbbá új partnerek felkutatását, akiktől esztergálási megbízásokat várhatunk. Reményeink szerint a két új gép beszerzésével további létszámbővítés is várható cégünknél. Konkrét megrendelőink jelenleg, akik esztergályos darabok megmunkálását is ránk bízzák, vagyis beszállítói vagyunk: MIAS: automatizált raktárak és logisztikai központok automata egységeinek mechanikus váz elemei és alkatrészei, vezető görgők, teleszkópasztal alkatrészek. Toman: széles spektrum: háztartási kisgép alkatrésztől kezdve (pl. kávéfőző), az űrtechnikai berendezésig, pl. műhold alkatrész, ill. gyártósori gépek és robotok mechanikai alkatrészeinek gyártása. Korábbi K+F+I projektünkhöz folyamatban illeszkedik a jelen beszerzés, melynek során annak idején a három-tengelyes megmunkálásról fejlesztettük technológiánkat négytengelyesre. A négy tengelyes marási munkálatok szorosan összefüggnek a jelenleg fejlesztendő esztergálási tevékenységgel. Megrendelőink többsége a kettő tevékenységet egyszerre, egy időben kéri, hiszen a komplex marási munkálatokkal megbízó ügyfeleink mára elvárják, hogy esztergályos fémmegmunkálási feladatokat is végezzünk számukra. Így a kifejlesztett négy tengelyes technikával megmunkált darabokat képesek leszünk esztergálni, ami a kettő projekt eredményeiből együttesen jöhet létre. Összességében gyártáshoz kapcsolódó, új termelő eszköz beszerzésével cégen belüli esztergályos megmunkálási tevékenységre lenne lehetőség, ezzel a hozzáadott érték növekedés jönne létre. Így a projekt sikeres megvalósítása eredményeként cégünk árbevétel növekedést érhet el, amely egyértelműen javítja a cég eredményességét és versenyképességét. (Hungarian)
