Our current capacity utilisation rate is 100 %. The investment is justified by our increasing demand for orders. We would like to fulfill all the orders that they are looking for, but for this we need new machines and upgrades. One of the machines covered by the project is the universal spike machine SN 32/1000, which performs chuck and shaft-like work, to take over tasks that cannot be fully performed on existing traditional lathes. The machine that works more efficiently and economically than the old machines makes it possible to process small series and individual pieces typical of our company. Characteristics: — different types of thread cutting options — removable bridge, increased twisted diameter 200 mm — automatic lubrication system for all main units — long- and transverse high-speed — easy to operate — high precision With the help of another Sodick type wire cutting machine that is the subject of the project, we can undertake significantly more work, because we can perform tasks that are not possible with our other machines. Due to the lack of machinery, the services of other businesses have to be used, which in many cases leads to delays. By purchasing the productive equipment, we can replace subcontracting. It is of great importance to us in terms of strengthening competitiveness. According to the requirements, we can take orders with more precise and larger cuts with the help of the selected wired spark cutting machine. Provides extra precise machining of special shapes. The hydraulic saw machine is organically connected to the current machinery purchases, because this machine prepares the raw materials for processing, because we cannot insert complete fiber materials into the lathe or cutting machine. A jelenlegi kapacitás kihasználtságunk 100%-os. A beruházást a megnövekvő megrendelési igényeink indokolják. Szeretnénk minden megrendelésnek eleget tenni, amivel megkeresnek bennünket, ehhez azonban új gépekre, és korszerűsítésre van szükségünk. A projekt tárgyát képező egyik gép a tokmány és tengely jellegű munkákat végző SN 32 /1000 típusú univerzális csúcsesztergagép a meglévő hagyományos esztergagépeken teljes mértékben végre nem hajtható feladatokat hivatott átvenni. A régi gépekhez képest hatékonyabban és gazdaságosabban működő gép lehetővé teszi a cégünkre jellemző kis szériák, egyedi darabok megmunkálását. Jellemzői: - különböző típusú menetvágási lehetőségek - kivehető híd, megnövelt elfordult átmérő 200 mm hosszon - automatikus kenési rendszer minden fő egységnél - hossz- és keresztirányban gyorsjárati lehetőség - egyszerű kezelhetőség - nagy pontosság A projekt tárgyát képező másik, Sodick típusú huzalos szikraforgácsoló gépnek segítségével lényegesen többféle munkát tudunk elvállalni, mert olyan feladatokat is végre tudunk vele hajtani, amire a többi gépünkkel nincs lehetőségünk. A gép hiánya miatt más vállalkozások szolgáltatásait kell igénybe venni, amely sok esetben határidő csúszást eredményez. A termelő eszköz beszerzésével ki tudjuk váltani az alvállalkozói munkát. A versenyképesség erősítése szempontjából nagy jelentőséggel bír számunkra. Az igényeknek megfelelően pontosabb és nagyobb méretű vágásokat tartalmazó megbízásokat is el tudunk vállalni a kiválasztott huzalos szikraforgácsoló gépnek a segítségével. Speciális formák extra pontos megmunkálását biztosítja. A hidraulikus fűrészgép szervesen kapcsolódik a mostani gépbeszerzésekhez, mert ez a gép készíti elő a feldolgozáshoz szükséges nyersanyagokat, mert az eszterga, illetve forgácsoló gépbe nem tudunk komplett szálanyagokat behelyezni.
