There is no loss of material in its assembly, the formwork can be used up to 100 times, they have high size accuracy. Ha a földmunka, illetve az alapozás készítésének időpontjában a talajvíz szintje magasabb az alapok alsó síkjának szintjénél, gondoskodnunk kell a víztelenítésről. A munkagödör víztelenítése vákuumpszivattyúkkal történik meg. A beruházással további termelési-szolgáltatási hozzáadott- érték növekedés jön létre, mert speciális szakértelmet igénylő építési munkánál, környezetvédelmi kármentesítésnél, cölöpverésnél, akár dohosság elleni és vízszigetelési munka, épület páramentesítése, aknamélyítés, -süllyesztés, föld felszíne alatti munka illetve a szabadtéri úszómedence építése esetén is alkalmassá teszi cégünket az eredményes munkavállalásra. A Doka rugalmas födémrendszer egyszerűen alkalmazkodik szinte minden alaprajzhoz, 30 cm födémvastagságig gyorsan és egyszerűen alkalmazható, az illesztések a rendszeren belül történnek – így egyszerűen illeszthető a falakhoz és támaszokhoz, az alátámasztási magasság 5,50 m-ig terjedhet és a zsaluhéj kiválasztható tetszés szerint. A beszerzett zsaluzati rendszer előnyei között a legfontosabb, hogy a zsaluzási és állványozási munka szerelő jellegű, így termelékenyebb és színvonala eléri az üzemi gyártás színvonalát.
