The technology is a high-efficiency modern brewing and filtration system, using energy-saving production technology, semi-automatic control (the operation of product valves is practically the only manually controlled process) During the project a brewery with an annual capacity of about 100-120 thousand litres will be realised, but it is possible to increase the production capacity of the plant later. After a few weeks-month trial, continuous production and production can begin. The aim is to create a premium quality production plant, ensuring high enjoyment value, high added value, using premium raw materials. In parallel, the mapping of sales channels and the development of different brand elements (brand name, label and bottle design, product positioning) will also be launched. A technológia egy magas hatékonyságú modern sörfőzési és szűrési rendszer, energiatakarékos gyártási technológia alkalmazásával, félautomatikus vezérléssel (a termékszelepek működtetése gyakorlatilag az egyetlen kézi-vezérlésű folyamat) A projekt során egy kb 100-120ezer literes éves kapacitású sörüzem valósul meg, de lehetőség van az üzem gyártási kapacitásának későbbi növelésére. A technológiai berendezés jellemzői közül kiemelendő, hogy a cefréző-szűrőkád és a komlóforraló kád keverőművel van ellátva, míg a tartályok és a csővezetékek WNR 1.4301 anyagminőségű rozsdamentes acélból készülnek. Az összes berendezés megfelel az EU vonatkozó szabványainak és előírásainak és megfelelőségi tanúsítvánnyal rendelkezik. Az ajánlatok bekérése előtt több, nagyjából hasonló kapacitású sörfőző üzem is megtekintésre került, hasznos tapasztalatokkal és praktikus, gyakorlati tanácsokkal gazdagítva a társaság vezetését. Az ajánlatkérés komplett sörfőző rendszer kialakítására vonatkozik, így amennyiben a rendszer az elvárt maximum 4 hónapos határidőn belül elkészül, megkezdődhet a rendszer beüzemelése (helyszínre szállítás, beüzemelés, közművekhez csatlakoztatás). A néhány hetes-hónapos próbaüzem után pedig elkezdődhet a folyamatos gyártás, a termelés folyamatos felfuttatása. A cél egy prémium minőségű termékeket előállító üzem létrehozása, magas élvezeti értéket biztosítva, magas hozzáadott értékkel, prémium alapanyagok felhasználásával. Párhuzamosan megindul az értékesítési csatornák feltérképezése valamint a különböző brand-elemek (márkanév, címke- és palackdesign, termékpozícionálás) kialakítása is. (Hungarian)
