By using the tools to be procured, the Ltd. has the opportunity to optimise the processing activity, increase its efficiency and expand the product range produced. The PRU-570 8-cylinder frame saw can be used to saw on logs or logs with a diameter of 3.5 cm-70 cm. 8 cylinders per side allow cutting pieces of logs from 8 cm and round wood from 12 cm. In addition to the traditional frame saw function, a great advantage is the very low cut, which when using the saw as a multisaw, you can get 10-30 pcs. e.g. 1.9 cm wide planks with a layered positioning of the log with low power consumption. The power of the machine is alternately 15-25 m³/8 hours. This saves even perfectly usable trees from transporting sizes that can no longer be processed with current machines to power plants, creating the possibility of own production of pallet pools. The BMS 250 and PRU-570 sharpening machines optimise the saw blade sharpening process required 3-4 times a day, with an inclusive and sharpening capacity according to the size of the saw blade used for the particular machine. Changing the tooth parameters can be done manually, which allows for extremely precise sharpening. The machine has a guideway, which allows many changes to the tooth profile by different combinations of its escape position. Sharpening saw blades using machines is safer, more accurate, faster. The 8-cylinder frame saw offers the opportunity to produce a higher level of processing. The incoming logs become waste-free, regardless of size, and from smaller sizes the Kft. can also produce pallets and calodas for packaging and transportation. Compared to the scope of activity so far, this will lead to a significant expansion, with an 80 % increase in total processing capacity. (English)

    A beszerzendő eszközök használatával a Kft. számára lehetőség nyílik a feldolgozási tevékenység optimalizálására, hatékonyságának növelésére és az előállított termékpaletta bővítésére. Az LT20 rönkhasító szalagfűrész gép a nagyobb, 80 cm átmérőjű rönkök feldolgozásának munkálatait könnyíti és teszi hatékonyabbá. Ez a gép a jelenlegi típusnál korszerűbb, egy oldalon és „egy karon” vezetett vágófejjel ellátott vízszintes szalagfűrészgép. Szerkezeti megoldásának köszönhetően a gép kezelése igénytelen, a vágás gyors, pontos, a hasított termék felülete kifogástalan, sima. A villamos szervo-rendszer, mely a vágófej vezérlését működteti, jelentősen emeli a termelékenységet és egyszerűbb vágásellenőrzést biztosít. A farönk felrakását megkönnyíti a hidraulikus rendszer, mellyel a dolgozók jóval kisebb erőfeszítés mellett végezhetik a rönkmozgatást. A sínpár egy 10 x 20 cm-es acél zártszelvényen helyezkedik el, mely biztosítja a zökkenőmentes, folyamatos előtolást és a biztonságos munkavégzést. A támasztók a munkapadból hajlanak ki, így a vágás alatt is alátámasztják és vízszintesen tartják a hosszú deszkákat,megkönnyítve a precíz vágást, csökkentve a munkabaleset előfordulásának esélyét. A feldolgozható farönk 80 cm x 480 cm-től 80 cm x 840 cm-ig terjedhet. A PRU-570 8 hengeres keretfűrész 3,5 cm-70 cm átmérőjű rönk vagy hasáb felfűrészelése használható. Az oldalanként alkalmazott 8 henger lehetővé teszi hasáb darabok kivágását már 8 cm-től és kerek fa kivágását 12 cm-től. A hagyományos keretfűrész funkción kívül nagy előnye a nagyon alacsony vágás, mely a fűrész multifűrészként történő használata esetén a hasáb réteges elhelyezése után egy vágással 10-30 db. pl. 1,9 cm szélességű deszkához juthat alacsony áramfogyasztás mellett. A gép teljesítménye felváltva átlagosan 15-25 m3/ 8 óra. Ez a jelenlegi gépekkel már fel nem dolgozható méretek erőművekbe szállításától menti meg a még tökéletesen hasznosítható kisebb méretű fákat, megteremtve a raklapok-kalodák saját előállításának lehetőségét. A BMS 250 és PRU-570 élező gépek a napi 3-4 alkalommal szükséges fűrészlap élezési folyamatot optimalizálják, az adott géphez használt fűrészlap méreteinek megfelelő befogadó és élező kapacitással. A fog paraméterek módosítását kézzel lehet végezni,mely rendkívül precíz élezést tesz lehetővé. A gép vezetőpályával rendelkezik, mely a menesztő pozíciójának különböző kombinációi által a fog profil számos módosítását teszi lehetővé. A fűrészlapok élezése a gépek használatával biztonságosabb, pontosabb, gyorsabb. A magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termék előállítására a 8 hengeres keretfűrész nyújt lehetőséget. A beérkező rönkök mérettől függetlenül, hulladékmentesen feldolgozhatóvá válnak, valamint a kisebb méretekből a Kft. saját maga is előállíthat csomagolást és szállítást szolgáló raklapokat és kalodákat. Az eddigi tevékenységi körhöz képest ez jelentős bővítést eredményez, a teljes feldolgozó kapacitás 80%-os növekedése mellett. (Hungarian)
