In the framework of our complex project, technological equipment and infrastructural renovation are carried out in the quantity and quality of the following production. During the investment, we would like to purchase machines that make the manufactured products more precise, the welding seam will be of better quality, the CNC milling machine will be able to clean the seam better — so the quality of the windows will also be better. So the technology to be developed at our company brings with it a whole new quality development, which will enable us to produce new plastic doors and windows not only for the domestic market, but also for the Austrian and German markets. The wide range of profiles is the right basis for the full satisfaction of the customer’s needs. Our products include doors and windows made from multi-chamber profiles. Our plastic doors and windows will have excellent thermal and sound insulation properties according to the requirements of modern times. As part of the project, we acquire plastic doors and windows manufacturing machines for the following functions and characteristics: — Zárhely milling: It makes the milling of door handles and locks simpler and more accurate. With the help of templates, the production of series is faster and more efficient. — Two-head PVC welding machine: Easy usability and high efficiency, independently operating welding heads, optionally adjustable angular range. Profiles that can be combined flexibly both in width and length. — Double miter cutter circular saw: Continuously and pneumatically adjustable cutting boards. CNC technology automatic control. Special dosing profile with possibility for more precise and beautiful cuts. — Copy milling machines: Perfect solution for milling holes, locks, drains. The machine is characterised by compact design, high efficiency and ease of operation. — Two-head copy milling machine: Perfect solution for milling holes, locks, drains. The machine is characterised by high efficiency and ease of operation thanks to the machining on two planes at the same time and the wide range of adjustment ranges. — Glazing rack: Thanks to the 2 800 mm wide useful working space, the continuous adjustment and the parallel clamping boards, it ensures fast, precise and efficient work. Furthermore, the project includes the improvement of the roof structure associated with the production plant, which is so old and incomplete that it must be rebuilt so as not to jeopardise the operation, not to mention that this is also part of the infrastructure conditions of quality production and customer confidence. The conversion of the existing roof structure of the production hall includes the following items: — painted steel sheet sandwich panel cover at 421 nm — replacement of slats at 370 nm — nailing, sealing, blanketing and fixing materials — precipitation water drain — 56 m — vertical drain — 24 m — design and transport charges (English) | |||||||||||||||

Komplex projektünk keretében az alábbi gyártást mennyiségben és minőségben fejlesztő technológiai berendezések, illetve infrastrukturális felújítás valósul meg. A beruházás során olyan gépeket szeretnénk beszerezni, amivel a legyártott termékek minősége jobb lesz precízebb, a hegesztési varrat jobb minőségű lesz, a CNC marógép szebben le tudja a varratot tisztítani - így a nyílászárók minősége is jobb lesz ezáltal. Tehát a fejlesztendő technológia cégünknél egy teljesen új minőségi fejlődést hoz magával, amely segítségével új, az eddigieknél sokkal jobb minőségű - német profilból - műanyag nyílászárókat fogunk tudni előállítani nem csak a hazi piacra, hanem az osztrák és német piacokra is. A széles profilválaszték megfelelő alap a megrendelői igények teljes körű kielégítéséhez. Termékeink között megtalálhatóak a több kamrás profilból gyártott ajtók, ablakok. Műanyag nyílászáróink a modernkor követelményeinek megfelelően kiváló hő- és hangszigetelő tulajdonságokkal rendelkeznek majd. A projekt keretében műanyag nyílászáró gyártó gépeket szerzünk be az alábbi funkciókra és jellemzőkkel: - Zárhely maró: Kilincs- és zárhelyek marását teszi egyszerűbbé és pontosabbá. A sablonok segítségével pedig sorozatok legyártását gyorsabbá és hatékonyabbá. - Két fejes PVC hegesztőgép: Könnyű használhatóság és magas hatásfok, egymástól függetlenül működő hegesztőfejek, tetszőlegesen állítható szögtartomány. Mind szélességben, mind hosszban rugalmasan kombinálható profilok. - Dupla gérvágó körfűrész: Fokozatmentesen és pneumatikusan állítható vágólapok. CNC technológiás automatikus vezérlés. Speciális adagoló profil rögzítési lehetőséggel a precízebb és szebb vágások érdekében. - Másoló marógép: Tökéletes megoldás furatok, zárhelyek, vízelvezető nútok marására. Kompakt kialakítás, nagy hatásfok és könnyű kezelhetőség jellemzi a gépet. - Kétfejes másoló marógép: Tökéletes megoldás furatok, zárhelyek, vízelvezető nútok marására. A gyártócsarnok meglévő tetőszerkezetének átalakítása az alábbi tételeket tartalmazza: - festett acéllemez szendvicspanel borítás 421 nm-en - lécezés cseréje 370 nm-en - szegő, tömítő, takaró és rögzítő anyagok - csapadékvíz elvezetés - 56 m-en - függőleges lefolyó - 24 m - kialakítási és szállítási díjak (Hungarian)
