Beszerzendő eszközök: csak egy új gyártóberendezés beszerzésére irányul a projekt: Az M-Qualita Kft. egyedi gyártó berendezést készít nekünk megrendelésre a mi igényeink alapján, – Rozsdamentes acélból készült. A gépsor két 1000 literes főzőüstből áll, Főzőüst gázos kivitel: belső átmérője 1250 mm palást 1250 mm, - külső átmérője 1500 mm , teljes magassága 2710 mm ( hajtóművel), kémény csatlakozás átmérője 200 mm, bruttó belső térfogata: 1650 l, fűtés gáz fogyasztás teljes üzemkor 6 m3/h, Bojler gázos kivitel: 2000 literes, belső átmérője 1250 mm, palástja 1500 mm, külső átmérője 1500 mm, tejes magassága 2500 mm, kémény csatlakozása: 200 mm emellett lesz egy 2000 liter kapacitású bojler, egy szűrőkád hagyományos álfenékkel, a szűrőkád bruttó térfogata 1350 l , belső átmérője 1250, palástja 1000 mm lesz. Csövezés, podesz és egyéb eszközök, hőcserélő, szivattyúk: Cefre- Whirpool PRO-NGAm1B; Melegvíz: CALPEDA MXHM202; Szűrt lé: CALPEDA MXHM202 Külső átmérő 1360 mm,, teljes magasság 2250 mm. Emellett egy hőcserélő, villamos vezérlőegységek is helyet kapnak a gyártósorban. A termelési kapacitás fejlesztéssel, az új gyártó eszközzel korszerű, magas minőségű termékeket állítunk elő, 2014-hez viszonyítva minimum 25 % árbevétel és minimum 25 % eredmény növekedést tudunk elérni.Fenti gyártóberendezés továbbra is a kézműves kategóriájú sör előállítását segíti az új technológiának köszönhetően egy magasabb, úgynevezett prémium kategóriás termékeket tudunk előállítani. Jelenleg a manuális sörfőzés miatt nem egyforma a sörök minősége, az emberi tényezők nagyon befolyásolják a sörök minőségét. Az új berendezés ezt kiküszöböli, mindig magas minőséget állítunk elő. Az egyre nagyobb megrendelést nehezen tudjuk kielégíteni, szükség van kapacitásbővítésre. (Hungarian)
