As part of a project, we plan to purchase the following equipment, which will increase our production capacity as described below: — 1 pcs CNC-controlled lathe? The investment will take place at the Sirok site. The site is suitable for the development. The capacity of our existing machines is low and it is absolutely necessary to develop it in order to strengthen the status of supplier. Our trained and experienced professionals have extensive experience in operating similar devices, so the use of the tools to be procured will not be a problem. Thus, it is possible to achieve or maintain the desired professional standards in an unobstructed way. Impact of installation of machinery on efficiency: The CNC technology used is appropriate, the lack of capacity requires the purchase of machinery. Modern machines allow faster machining time, we can work with shorter deadlines. — about 20 % of the revenue increases and the customer service becomes more secure, — we can produce more, larger diameter pieces, — we could produce more than double the existing large-diameter materials, — it helps medium series production, but this is done in 3 shifts — in the case of new machines, there is some level of accuracy and reliability in production. Once the development has been completed, we can achieve better quality and higher productivity than at present. Thanks to the new machines, we can combine more complex production processes consisting of several operations, resulting in a higher level of processing of the products. Thanks to the investment, the strategic objective of the company is to maintain or improve its position in the market and to maintain the conditions of competitiveness, and to this end, the high-quality customer service results in a potential for growth — growth and export growth of both added value through the use of up-to-date, innovative technologies. Adott projekt keretében az alábbi eszközök beszerzését tervezzük, melyek az alábbiakban ismertetett módon fogják növelni a gyártókapacitásunkat: - 1 db CNC vezérlésű eszterga ? Nagyobb átmérőt tudunk munkálni 50mm-rel, illetve gyorsabban tudunk dolgozni, mivel lényegesen nagyobb nyomatékkal bír az új eszköz - 1 db hagyományos esztergagép ? az egyedi igények rövidebb határidőkkel való teljesítését teszi elérhetővé, gyorsabb gyártási folyamatot - 1 db homlokvillás targonca ? tekintve, hogy nagy átmérőjű alkatrészeket akarunk megmunkálni ezért a súlyuk miatti megfelelő anyagmozgatás elengedhetetlen feltétele a gyártási folyamatnak A Kft. egy olyan területen valósít meg fejlesztést, melyben már komoly gyakorlata van, hiszen folyamatosan és következetesen valósított meg az elmúlt években is hasonló fejlesztéseket, és az ott szerzett tapasztalatok sokat segítenek a megvalósításban. A beruházás a siroki telephelyen valósul meg. A helyszín alkalmas a fejlesztés megvalósítására. Meglévő gépeink kapacitása alacsony, a beszállítói státus erősítése érdekében feltétlenül szükséges azt fejleszteni. Képzett és gyakorlott szakembereinknek nagy tapasztalata van hasonló eszközök üzemeltetésében, így a beszerzendő eszközök használata nem fog problémát jelenteni. Így a kívánt szakmai színvonal elérése, ill. fenntartása akadálymentesen megoldható. A gépek üzembe helyezésének hatása a hatékonyságra: Az alkalmazott CNC technológia megfelelő, a kapacitás hiánya miatt van szükség gépbeszerzésre. A modern gépek gyorsabb megmunkálási időt tesznek lehetővé, rövidebb határidőkkel tudunk dolgozni. - kb 20% minimálisan nő a bevétel és biztosabbá válik a vevők kiszolgálása, - több, nagyobb átmérőjű darabot tudunk gyártani, - a meglévő nagy átmérőjű anyagokhoz képest több mint a dupláját tudnánk gyártani, - közepes sorozatú gyártást segíti de ezt 3 műszakban - az új gépeknél valamilyen szinten nő a pontosság a minőség és a megbízhatóság a gyártásban. A fejlesztés megvalósítását követően a jelenleginél jobb minőséget és nagyobb termelékenységet tudunk elérni. Az új gépeknek köszönhetően összetettebb, több műveletből álló gyártási folyamatokat tudunk egyesíteni, melynek következtében az adott termékek feldolgozottsági szintje magasabb lesz. A beruházásnak köszönhetően a vállalkozás stratégiai célja piaci pozíciójának megőrzése, ill. javítása, valamint a versenyképesség feltételeinek fenntartása, és ennek érdekében az ügyfelek magas színvonalú kiszolgálása naprakész, innovatív technológiák alkalmazásával, mind hozzáadott érték növekedési- mind export-növekedési potenciált eredményez.
